if their story seems completely bonkers, almost like a feverish work of fiction, you ain't heard nothing yet.

This film highlight the scary truth of trafficking of young girls and women. This is based on true events and should not be taken lightly of how deep the rabbit hole actually goes. Paula Palton's acting needs a bit of a boost, at the beginning she is a little annoying but as the films moves on her acting improves. All other actors were on the mark.I would recommend this film. So many things we take for granted in life. Be vigilant people Trafficking is a Billion pound industry and our leaders are involved in this.

Some nice shots of the mountains and forests, but the first 30 min is spent by the 2 leads kissing, cuddling, flowing hair, sunlight in face, etc I did have to look up paula patton, she couldn't act at all so i assumed she was another , ermm...'singer' The bike gang start on john for literally nothing, at the gas station, come on! The lead gang member is a brit, naturally, the ugly female cop has no issue executing her partner, then spilling the beans to Brea near the end...why? Was she going to kill her for sure? John doesn't have the 'mechanic' look, and he has a very empty, bored stare throughout Otherwise its reasonable, though i counted at least 4 rihanna songs in the soundtrack, that womans voice can be very tedious!

I'm confused by all the horrible reviews. It's not The Godfather, but it's certainly not a bad movie. Several unexpected twists, and based on true events.

I'm so tired of so called thrillers that use stupidty as the driving engine. You reach a point of ridiculousness where you get fed up and start rooting for the villains. Like how long can you stand there after you see someone get shot in the head? Or even better why would you try to go back and negotiate with said shooter? Why would you try to "rescue" someone when you don't know their level of involvement in something as serious as this? When there's who knows how many people after you, why do you spend 10 minutes crying and sliding on an engagement ring? An old car that...you guessed it...stalls when you try to start it? Really?! Not cliche at all. Four stars is being very generous.
