Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.

WHAT'S THE A-TEAM ABOUT? Based on the hit 80's TV show of the same name, The A-Team finds a group of top-notch mercenaries working to clear their name from a wrongful charge and bring down the corrupt spies and military officials who put them in prison.IS IT ANY GOOD? (GRADE: C) This is a film that had true potential: the casting is spot-on and the camaraderie between the actors in infectious. The first twenty minutes or so suggest that this film will be filled with laughs and inspired mayhem. Sadly, a boring story, second-rate special effects, ridiculous action sequences, and an uneven tone bog down the proceedings. Though there is some witty dialogue and the actors are clearly enjoying themselves, these positives only caused me to sigh at how much fun this film could have been. IS IT OKAY FOR YOUR KIDS? The A-Team is rated PG-13. Though it is implied that one character is a ladies' man, there is no sexuality and only a handful of moderate profanities. There is a good deal of action violence, however. One character smokes cigars throughout. ANY WORTHWHILE MESSAGES? Though peace is the ideal, lethal force can be necessary when defending freedom and innocent lives. Though traitors betray others out of greed, the greatest love is to be willing to die for your friends.

A-Team is a good example of movie popcorn with no frills, all rhythm, explosions and irony. Film that entertains and amuses going straight to the point, making its voice, showing the muscles and technique and holding it all together with a glittering assembly, but also just as functional. The goal was to be a part whet the palate of a series of light-hearted and nostalgic divertimento unlikely, perfect in the context of the television series of the 80s, commercial and self-contained structure narrative. The other to create a toy hyperkinetic close to the taste of younger audience, probably unaware of the eponymous series. The result is a film that, thanks to an excellent casting characters is very adherent to the original prototypes and resembling an elongated episode of the series, replacing the cheap innocence with the glitz production. All this within a plot that tells the comic strip in the opening training team and also serves as a prequel in terms of narrative and hypothetical sequel in terms of time, with the Vietnam veterans became veterans of the Gulf War have to do the dirty work in the current war in the Middle East.

Based on the television series of the same name created by Frank Lupo and Stephen J. Cannell, 'The A-Team' is A Fun Action Flick, that entertains till it lasts. Its strictly a popcorn fare, that dazzles in explosive action & a fine cast.'The A-Team' Synopsis: A group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed.'The A-Team' begins engrossingly & maintains the pace pretty well. However, the last 40-minutes are lower on excitement, as the narrative gets extremely predictable at this point. The climax also doesn't have the punch, but the action keeps you glued. Joe Carnahan, Brian Bloom & Skip Woods's Adapted Screenplay is fun, but it could've been more clever. Carnahan's Direction is good. Action-Sequences are simply WOW! The stunts are exceptionally executed! Cinematography is richly done. Editing is okay. Art & Costume Design fit in. Production Value is superb! Performance-Wise: Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Quinton Jackson & Sharlto Copley excel. Copley & Neeson, especially, play completely to the gallery. Jessica Biel is average. Patrick Wilson does nicely as the villain. On the whole, 'The A-Team' is quite a ride, despite some faults!

Well I never seen any of the Television show that The A-Team is inspired by I am aware of the plot of the show. And of course it's quotes like "I pity the fool" and "I love it when a plan comes together". The film itself it actually quite fun one of those films where you just can enjoy the action and some of it quotes. It contains some funny quotes and funny scenes so it mix action and comedy fairly well which helps you enjoy the film even better. Also I like the cast they have for playing the A-Team Hannibal played by Liam Neeson, Face played by Bradley Cooper, B.A. Baracus Played by Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson and Murdock played by Sharlto Copley. Face is giving a love interest with Charissa Sora played by Jessica Biel. The plot centers around The A-Team being framed for a crime they didn't after a mission went wrong. The drama level in the film is high which is very much a rush making it a non stop action film from the get go.Sure there are some things that may hold the film such as language and violence which is normally apart of a film like this but nevertheless I still enjoy this film. Some might have hated it some liked it personally I enjoy it very much.I give The A-Team an 8 out of 10I love it when a plan comes together
