A movie that not only functions as a solid scarefest but a razor-sharp satire.

There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.

The acting in this movie is really good.

Granted, I knew that I was getting into a low-budget movie here. Just the title alone says it all. But hey, chances were that it could actually be as fun as "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes", so I gave the movie a chance.It was not even close to being near "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes". Not even by a long shot.This was indeed a low budget movie, i. every sense of the term."Attack of the Killer Donuts" had incredibly laughable effects. It was suffering from an even more horrible storyThe acting performances in the movie were actually adequate, taking into consideration the genre and budget of the movie.There were a few scenes here and there to make you laugh, otherwise a very dull and pointless movie.

I love B-movies! And I have been looking forward to this for a while! When it came out it was so much fun to watch with friends! The reviews I have been seeing occasionally are unfair and the reviewer completely miss the point of the movie! When I went to watch this film I expect purposefully awful camerawork, horrid editing, and non existed acting. This movie lured me with a B-movie plot, and generic B-movie characters, but to my surprise it had nice editing, decent camerawork, and I fell in love with the actors characters. The Jokes were hilarious, and the special effects were laughable, but still did the job. This whole film was meant to be bad, but even then looked better than I imagined. My only issue was some of the raunchiness was so over the top at some times it kind of pulled me out of the film at times. But other than that and the occasional use of a fart joke. This was a gem I will not regret watching.Also I would have rated 7 however I am compensating for the unfair reviews. ;)

John Blake Wentworth (Justin Ray) works at the Dandy Donuts with Michelle (Kayla Compton). Due to circumstances the donuts at the establishment become animated, grow teeth and start killing.This is typically a film that I love. It created great characters. Unfortunately they didn't know how to use the characters or give them great dialogue. The donuts made noises resembling that of tomatoes when they attack. Michelle did a near Snuffles the Quick Draw dog when she ate a donut, but fell short of completing it. Certainly the film had great potential but fell through the donut hole.Guide: F-word. Sex. No nudity.

If you sit down to watch a movie titled 'Attack of the Killer Donuts' and think you're going to get Oscar level material, well that's your problem. It's a B movie that doesn't take itself seriously and neither should you.The actors are promising although unpolished and part of this is due to the script, but it was worth a watch. Just a goofy movie with a goofy premise and meant to be chuckled over. I actually watched it all the way to the end which is far more than many movies these days that try to put on a serious performance and miss the mark.
