hyped garbage

Good concept, poorly executed.

There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

I tried to see the point of the show Shameless. What kind of message the creators of this show want to send to young people born in the poor parts of the city and in troubled families. I got the impression that the creators of the series were just trying to figure out a way to earn money and attract a lot of attention of viewers forcing young actresses to undress almost in every episode. The real fates of the young people born in the ghetto are enough difficult. I think that this show can only lead them to a wrong direction without providing any solution for them. It is hard to believe that the directors of this series, if they have already acquired the popularity and attention of the audience, could not have made at least one character and through him to send a message such as: USE CONDOMS AND READ BOOKS!!! Condoms and books are not expensive. It's not all about sex, there's something about love and your head.

I cannot get enough of them. Ian and Mickey is my favorite couple ever! Kevin is one of a kind and it keeps getting better!

I watch a lot of series, but to be honest I have never attached a series more than this one. It may have some boring episodes but it is still really good. Characters play their roles like non other. Every character development is on point and awasome. I hated Lip when he was moron, I loved him when he started to make sense. I hate debbie and I want her to be dead and it is because she plays her role very good. Every character deserves what I feel about them and I can't say this to any other series at all. I don't cry, at all, and this is the first time I am saying here that this series made me cry like I baby, when frank went to her wife to say his mother died. That scene was so basic but so powerful that I could not manage to keep it in. I mean like every other series this will have an end too, but I am not looking forwart to that.

I was absolutely LOVING this show until Season 8 then I absolutely HATED it. Even though the show has A LOT of nudity and sex scenes which I could have lived without, I just fast forwarded through most of that BUT when season 8 shows people worshiping Ian as "Gay Jesus", and chanting absolutely disgusting things about Jesus & God, that was it for me, I had to quit watching. I'm not a religious nut or anything but it was just beyond anything I think a normal person would be ok with. I give Seasons 1-7 nine stars (would be 10 but it's way over the top on the nudity & sex scenes), and I give Season 8 zero stars. If they would have made the same references about Muhammed or Allah, it would have started a holy war!When I started watching the show, the very first episode I found more sad than funny because the father punches his you teenage son in the face (not too funny). But my friend urged me to stick with it and I'm glad I did because it did end up being a very funny show in a dark-comedy way.
