SERIOUSLY. This is what the crap Hollywood still puts out?
... View MoreReally Surprised!
... View MoreAlthough it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
... View MoreIt was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.
... View MoreI started watching this a couple weeks ago. I do agree that some of the subject matter is 'adult', but in all honesty most young children have no idea what they're talking about. Watch any Disney movie, there are plenty of adult jokes that go right over kids' heads. My 6 year old loves the show, my 7 year old has zero interest in it. It's cheesy and corny just like the original. If you weren't a hardcore fan of the original Full House, you likely won't get into this series. Loses a star because some of the child acting (jokes etc) seems a little forced at times & DJ's voice can grate on your ears, she can get shrill and high pitched when excited...It's great to see Jodie Sweetin's life improving, she was certainly on a downhill spiral for quite some time. Hopefully this show keeps her grounded. Candace Cameron Bure looks freakin' amazing for being 42. Overall a great nostalgic 'feel good' show.
... View MoreWe need more Boyz Hood, Webster Fresh Off Boat, Second Noah, Party of Five and Different stroke be like show. Nice house with Brady bunch. Better than Cosby Shows. No more Olsen. THe Originals are inspired the show with more family drama and Fresh Prince Bel Air.
... View MoreFull of comedy, life lessons, and entertainment for any age, "Fuller House" delivers a heartwarming effect to viewers of all kind. Fuller House, a show that originated from the comforting family-friendly show, "Full house". "Full House" was a hit in the 90s and brought families together, for viewers of all ages were interested in the show. It was a feel-good comedy about a large family in San Francisco, including kids and adults of various ages, because of this, the show appealed also to viewers of various ages. The first season of "Fuller House aired in-------------- on Netflix. It grasped the attention of the avid full house viewers only to fulfill their desires in a show. The continuation of this classic TV show was made successfully. The show encompasses familiar faces, an abundance of laughter, and the same life lessons that made the original show so enjoyable.Continutations of shows are typically created due to the success of the original show, but fail to do a good job because nothing compares to the original. I have to say that this is the first continuation of a show that has delivered all the successful aspects of the first. Like the original show, Fuller House consisted of a few of Americas favorite characters, father Danny Tanner, sisters DJ and Stephanie Tanner, Aunt Becky, quirky next-door-neighbor, Kimmy Gibler, and DJs ex-boyfriend -----------. The memorable characters are a vital aspect of the show, for they're the ones that deliver the cheerful emotions to the audience. The show revolves around a similar theme and setting, a full house in San Francisco and the adventures and complications of the people living in it. These familiar faces bring back the feeling of comfort that the show brought families. The characters maintained their prominent personalities, the only change being their age. They even kept the prominent sayings they said throughout the en1tire show. Memorable characters make for the show to be so enticing. I was excited to watch how the old characters interacted years later, and just as I had hoped, the characters had stayed the same.Along with the similarities they brought to the TV, fuller house also has an addition of character replacing the ones that no longer served an important role in the show. Kimmy, her boyfriend, and daughter live in the house along with DJ and her two sons. Because the new characters add a heightened sense of humor, the show could even be considered to be better than the first. What makes the show so attractive to family audiences is its ability to satisfy viewers of all ages. The show includes small life lessons as themes of each episode that can be applied to people of various ages. The comedy provided in the show can be directed to both adults and children, grasping both of their attention and making it an ideal show to watch as a family. There are hidden adult jokes that are not discretely apparent, but rather implied in the dialogue. Not only are there jokes directed for the adult audience but there is an abundance of funny phrases cracked for little ones.
... View MoreJust watched the first episode and was really enjoying all the original cast members. That is, until about the seven minute mark when the writers and producers felt obligated to show their left wing agenda and stick in a anti Trump comment. Although I watched and enjoyed the rest of the show, I doubt I'll continue watching. Regardless of one's political leanings, an otherwise cute show was ruined by going political.
