It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

A film of deceptively outspoken contemporary relevance, this is cinema at its most alert, alarming and alive.

Close shines in drama with strong language, adult themes.

Great movie. Not sure what people expected but I found it highly entertaining.

This is easily the best new comedy show on TV. I loved Two and a Half Men because of the innuendo and raunch but I really like this show because it's sweet, and gentle and too cute for words. Sheldon should get an Emmy for his role but for sure Annie Potts deserves one for her "Meemaw". The similarities between the mother and daughter acting team of Laurie Metcalf and Zoe Perry is amazing; I love them both in their distinctive roles. For you perpetual complainers about the lack of "quality" or "wholesomeness" or "family values" on TV should be happy but alas you continue to complain. Okay, complain already but do continue watching.

I dont even like shows with kids. And yet, this show is awesome. Grounded to reality as much as it can, funny just when they need to be (and without artificial background laugh every 5 seconds) and sometimes even serious and dramatic. You don't need to see the Big Bang Theory to watch this show.It's a simple show, with simple stories and simple jokes but this is what it makes it for me a great show. I hope we get a season 2!

Great show, something new and different for a change. Each character is funny in their own way and the show doesn't simply rely on young Sheldon. It can be sweet and tender as well......something you can actually watch with your kids in the room and not feel embarrassed.

If you have watched all the Big Bang them you can relate to this absolutely brilliant
