It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

Season 1 was okay. I didn't think it was anything special, but Season 2 behind the great acting of John Cho and incredible story line, took it to a whole different level. I can't wait to see who they cast for season 3.

Went into this thinking it was a cheap scare show like all the other exorcist sequels, but was surprised to see this has a great story, great acting and actors and offers a very nice continuation of the first movie, with a nice "twist" in the first season. The first season would get 10 stars from me. Second season starts of fairly slow and there is the pandering (you'll know when you see it - totally doesn't fit the character) but it does seem to pick up after episode 6 so high hopes. All in all a very nice surprise and recommended for fans of the franchise and horror in general.

Well what can I say? As a Christian Catholic I was happy to see a ''pro-Christian'' series in 2016/2017, season 1 was a bit deceiving with a so-so acting and no suspense. Season 2 started well, with more action though on episode 5 it went down the toilet really bad. Not only we see a teen girl who hate Christians because they don't like her lesbianism but Father Marcus has a gay kiss with a dude. So a lesbian and a gay in one episode and an indirect message saying Christians should accept gays and lesbians. OK first thing, this was supposed to be a rather Christian series and not a perv porn series like American Gods so I don't see the need to put lgbt scenes, we don't even see a single heterosexual scene in season 2. Second point Christians will always have a bad feeling about lgbt because well there is something called Sodom and Gomorrah...

I've gotten so used to TV offering us sub par Sci-fi and horror, that when I first watched this show, I had rather low expectations. And, though one or two episodes weren't as riveting as the others, the show bounces right back to excellent. I don't want to put any spoilers in here, because I want you to be surprised as each episode, and the threads of its main lines, unravel. I AM disappointed that the first season has already been sold to Netflix, so I can't go back and re-watch previous episodes. But, the fact that Netflix bought it up, is a great indication of the show's great writing and acting. It relies on a great story, not gore. So, if you enjoy this type of show, don't pass it up. Give it a try. Where American Horror has continued to disappoint me in the past few years, substituting gore for story, this show seems even better in season two. The characters are appealing and there are some terrific surprises as the story line continues. I hope it's on for a long time, and that it continues to keep up the great stories and surprises.
