That was an excellent one.

... View MoreEasily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.
... View MoreI just watched the final episode (finally over, thank god) and listen, please don't waste your time. Love Ramsay Bolton, but trust me, this does no justice to Iwan. What was that ending all about. The stupiest, out of character ending - left me just shaking my head. The first few episodes were ok, but then it just got worse and worse, so many scenes that just made you think that it was all so silly. Beautiful location, not much else - sorry Iwan.
... View MoreRiviera starts out really exciting, then keeps you want to watch because of the ever developing intrigues between the characters - which are compelling enough to make the show worth watching, but then leaves one unsatisfied at the end due to a, seemingly, incomplete base storyline. A storyline which may well have been in the writers' minds but isn't disclosed to the audience, making certain actions seem illogical or confusing. An alternative scenario, 'Rivera, what could have happened'Constantine is the good guy, he may have laundered a little money, maybe not. He may have used his wife's services for his own illicit purposes, but he loves her, and his business was never meant to hurt herHis bank's business is on the decline, so much that he gets desperate, this could explain the painting scams and money launderingAdam could have been the mastermind plotter, wanting to live up to his father and seeing an opportunity due to the bank being in dire straits, he concocts a plan to use his brother Cristos, a charming and socially engaged man, but a failure and an addict at the same time, to use his connections and social presence to dig up dirt about the bank's clients and blackmail them with itHowever, Adam doesn't get the recognition of his father he so desperately wanted, in fact he gets his pathetic role confirmed and his father doesn't want to have any dealings with him anymoreThe clients now - Russian mostly - get angry and want to get their hands on the dirt but also take revenge for the blackmailing, they believe Constantine is behind the blackmailingAdam shows his true nature and decides to take over the bank and to use the angry Russian clients to this end. Constantine thus gets murdered based on Adams tip to the clients' assassin Nadia, who he is dating, but who he knows to be an assassinThis is what Georgina finds out in the final episode or penultimate episode, and based on all this she decides to kill to Adam, justifiably so in the audience's opinion This then sets the stage for season two where the audience can rely on Georgina's killer instinct to destroy the Russian clients that murdered her husbandAll side plots, including the Adriana, Cristos, their mother, Jakob, and Delormes storylines work really well and add to the aforementioned intrigue that makes one want to keep watching. To conclude the show is worth watching, but a little (maybe a bit more than a little) imagination helps to fill up any gaps left after the final episode.
... View MoreSincerely I liked Riviera, it is presented the refined and elegant life of rich people as a portrait. Everything that is beautiful is frightening too. "La costa azzurra", the set of Riviera, is amazing. Acting did not impress me so much, I think actors could have done it better. The main character, Julia, is a strong girl and Riviera shows the evolution of her personality: gradually she changes and become who she didn't want to become: A Clios.
... View MoreFrankly surprised that this has been slated, though it was only slated by the 'Guardian' readers - enough said! This series (have just binged watched all 10 episodes)was excellent. I've always liked Julia Stiles, since watching her in Save the Last Dance. I thought the plot twists and who is playing who was excellent. OK you don't have to be Einstein to keep up but it was hugely entertaining. I personally can't wait for Season 2!
