The acting in this movie is really good.

This was an incredibly intelligent show. Unfortunately you have to watch all 15 hours of it in order. You can't join in on the second episode because it just wouldn't make sense. Today Netflix could create such a show but back in 2006 there was no way to make this show commercially viable. Great story, great character development and great consistency. Also while the time loop is central to the story, this is very much a detective show. There is a puzzle and other than the time loop there are no special "star trek" moments where the writers just make up some new science to wrap an episode up in the last 5 minutes. Watch the show and be prepared to have to pay close attention.

I'm halfway through the season and I must admit that it's an interesting series without a boring moment. The only problem that this series has? It's that it's too intellectual, especially for the average TV public since everything that requires an IQ of more than 30 is considered too weird. That's why they sinked it and kept far worse shows like Ugly Betty: in the end it's all about ratings, and it seems that good shows are always being pulled because they challenge the intelligence of the average viewer and the average viewer doesn't want to get challenged and changes channel... In the end it's one of the best shows I found out about lately, an improvement on the "Groundhog Day" concept but with added depth and meaning that it's hardly found in TV series.

this show has to be one of the best show's i have ever seen since i watched the 1st episode i was hooked right away.the cast and story lines just seem to piece together with ease,and it makes it one of the best shows that has been on TV. if there is anyone out there that has not seen it i would recommend it to anyone,i love watching Csi,lost ,cold case, but this was something special my only regret is that its finished because i got great enjoyment watching it and wish another series was possible because if the 1st one is anything to go by it would be brilliant.DAY BREAK was and still is the best show that has been on TV Brett hopper is a legend so many different characters so many situations same out come Brett hopper magnificent.

I started watching this show during the LOST hiatus. Just when I was starting to really get into the storyline, ABC pulled it off the air.Since then, I've watched the rest of the episodes online and I can say the show was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the ending. I hope that it can be released on DVD so more people can find out about it.The show was created to be a 13-episoded mini series with no following seasons. Because of this, it had a great storyline, good character development, and most importantly: a solid ending!The episodes are available online at ABC.com and can also be found through torrents.
