It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

Statham finds himself forced to do a transportation job he doesn't want to do when the man he suggested in his place fails and the bad guys hook him up with a device that will explode if he tries to leave his car. He doesn't know what he's supposed to deliver or why a young Russian woman has to go with him. A serviceable action flick that gets by on Statham's inherent likability. Cory Yuen choreographs the fighting and it's not bad, but Olivier Megaton has a tendency to cut too often and spoil a fight scene. The action isn't incoherent as so much fast cutting renders in these days, but it does dull the impact significantly.

Professional driver Frank (Jason Statham) is forced to transport Valentina (Natalya Rudakova), the kidnapped daughter of a Ukrainian minister, from Marseilles to Odessa; on the way, he tries to figure out how to remove the explosive bracelets that have been attached to their wrists, is challenged by gun-toting henchmen sent by the girl's father, and has some sexy time with his pretty passenger.Transporter 3 is even more far-fetched than the previous movie, with logic taking a back-seat for the entire journey, meaning that it's really, really, REALLY dumb (which explains why Nuts, Zoo and News of the World all gave it four stars); it also suffers from diabolical direction and editing, with wobbly camera-work and fast flickering cuts ruining all of the action scenes, the high-speed car chases and stunts utterly chaotic and the fights (which include yet another battle in a garage between Frank and countless thugs) nothing more than a boring rapid-fire blur of fists and feet.

Transporter 3 (2008): Dir: Olivier Megaton / Cast: Jason Statham, Natalya Rudakova, Francois Berleand, Robert Knepper, Jeroen Krabbe: Another train wreck action film where Jason Statham transports another woman only this time he is rigged with an exploding bracelet if he wanders too far from the car. Or perhaps it was to keep him from fleeing the set. At any rate it is the same boring garbage as before. Director Olivier Megaton is skilled at delivering action but the screenplay is either constant chase or constant ass kicking. Either way it delivers nothing new or interesting outside the fact that it is just your basic stupid sequel. Statham is an amusing presence playing an unsympathetic character. In Crank he was much more amusing and given a far more interesting set of events. Here he is basically going by the numbers. Natalya Rudakova as his passenger is running the same drill as the girl in the trunk in the first film. Francois Berleand plays an FBI agent in a role that has be played countless times but here it is at its dull worst. Robert Knepper plays the new moron villain who will get the same ass kicking that previous villains have and nobody cares. There is absolutely no point to this crap other than to present the public with another bullshit film just to milk a mindless franchise a little further. Someone should transport this film to the nearest trash compactor. Score: 2 / 10

This film, tells the story of Frank(Statham) being put to sleep or framed to so that the Frank has a band on him. It seams that he was asked to do a job in the first or second film, and he refused. And as such his past has come to haunt him. So as such he is now under surveillance with a bracelet. While there was plenny of action in it, no doubt, and the skills as I said in the previous sequel is spectacular. However with this sequel, I found the plot slightly confusing. There was the Minister, his daughter, then the guy who was with the daughter at the beginning, and the baddies. Now I can't connect the baddies and the Minister. To do with Environment????
