Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."

Without any regard to driving out in the desert in a Dodge Charger, a woman sets out to find herself. She soon turns up against a small gang of misfits that have been hunting another individual. She not only does not get away in time, they catch up with the individual and kill him; before they set their sights on her. The rest of the movie involves them torturing and killing her – or so they are lead to believe. This girl is apparently either a hunter or she is really, really filled with resolve to take her tormentors down. The rest of the movie is spent with men being terrified as their numbers are picked off, one-by- one, as a woman goes primitive amazon on them. She not only boasts superior hunting skills, but she manages to steal the show. Really, the main tormentors act like rabid dogs until they become the hunted and turn in terror; they attempt one last attempt to sabotage the woman's attempts at revenge and it slowly fails miserably. The movie is not necessarily what I would call a good watch; but for those that like horror movies with lots of action and development; this may be able to fix that itch.

Such a hidden gem! It is hard to believe that good horror movies like this pass by not being noticed by the majority of the genre fans. Great actors and really well done make-up effects. Despite the main plot not being so original (it could easily be named "I Spit on Your Grave 4: Indian Vengeance" LOL - which I do not intend to mean something bad, as I LOVE the "Spit on your Grave" films), there is a supernatural element added to this one and it only makes the story stronger and more interesting. The only thing that could be considered a "flaw" are some of the special effects, but the movie altogether is so amazing that even the little poor effects cannot take away any of the greatness that "Savaged" has to offer in its 95 minutes.

This movie was awesome, great horror movie. If you like horror and action then this is the movie for you. I suggest getting some popcorn and enjoy and nice movie with your date because you will not fall asleep on this one. The quality of the movie was awesome and in HD plus great audio. I will definitely watch this movie again to ensure I didn't miss anything. Furthermore, the Zoe is a good actor, I can see her acting in multiple horror films in the future. He boyfriend is also a good actor and should be nominated as a Oscar for his performance at the end. This is a movie that I will recommend to all of my family and friends and their friends.

I watched this movie and found it to be amazing! Love that the hero is a strong deaf woman--unusual character. I found it to be several cuts about the usual independent and regular movie genres. Michael Ojeda did his research in the way of Apache warfare, which makes this movie a cut above the rest in my books, along with the main character. I feel the movie is ahead of its time given its subtleties on the subject of racism, strong female characters and the love story woven throughout. Wish this would be made into a book as well.Think "The Crow along with The Walking Dead and Deliverance and this movie is a perfect blend off all those. WILL be going to see this in theaters and looking forward to the DVD release as well--it will be going in to my collection once I can get my hands on it.
