Ewoks: The Battle for Endor Trailers

The army of the Marauders, led by King Terak and the witch Charal, attack the Ewoks village, killing Cindel's family. Cindel and the Ewok Wicket escape and meet Teek in the forest, a naughty and very fast animal. Teek takes them to a house in which an old man, Noa, lives. Like Cindel, he also crashed with his Starcruiser on Endor. Together they fight Terak and Charal.

There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.

This is probably the best made for t.v. movie aside from Too Legit: The M.C. Hammer story. Only disappointment was the fact that Wilford Brimley does not once mention his "diabeetis". Otherwise Wilford aka the greatest actor to ever live gives a great performance and i highly recommending finding this movie and watching about 30-40 times. Also the lack of Ewok huckle buckle was disappointing, there should have been much more of that, at least 1 scene would have excited me. Great cast, script, some of the best cinematography I've ever seen, comparable to that of Bloodsport. Also the action was some of the best I've seen ever. If you see this movie for one reason alone, see it for Wilford Brimley, one of the great thespians of our time.

First things first, both this movie and the "Ewok Adventure" were made for TV-movies. Therefore, to compare them to Star Wars is unfair due to the differences in budgets and people on board. That being said, I love this movie! Both The Battle For Endor and The Ewok Adventure were childhood favorites of mine. The story is still entertaining, albeit still on a child's level. But that's OK, because that's what these movies were meant for. George Lucas continues to show us again and again how to believe in fantasy and have fun. I recommend watching this movie with the whole family, and if you're into the Star Wars Universe like myself, you'll certainly get a kick out it.Despite some reviews, I think both the Battle For Endor and the Ewok Adventure are fun and well done (for TV) movies.

This movie is so much fun to watch. I have been enjoying this movie since i was 5 and have never lost any interest in it. It is out of print now so it is difficult to come by, but if you can i recommend watching it as many times as you can because it will make your life complete.

Both Ewoks films have the Star Wars magic which is missing from Episode I and II, AND PROBABLY III. The creatures, places, and ships look real, the lasers are great, the music is wonderful and the story is both exciting and fun. It's a shame the new Star Wars films couldn't even come close to the old stuff. It would be great to get the Ewok films on DVD (But then I guess George Lucas would want to go back and computer animate the ewoks or put Jar Jar or Jabba-The Hut in it and reveal that the ewoks are all clones)See this film for good old Star Wars goodness!
