The acting is good, and the firecracker script has some excellent ideas.

It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film

So, I was bored and started watching this snooze fest, then someone said it really was going to get better and then I was curious if it managed to stay this bad till the end. I watched the whole thing and it was never any good. It was forced, predictable and very fake. But I can't blame the actors for this, they did good, in some cases even great, making something of the unbelievable dumb dialogues they got, yes sometimes you can see how bored they are, but if there is anything good about this thing, it's the acting. The music is nothing special, the special effects are sufficient, the camera work is decent, but the writing... I checked the spoiler box, so I could list some of the 'plot twists' you know are coming, just so you know you got it right. The father is not really dead, the uncle is just a troubled guy with good intentions, the mother has powers too, the lead lady and the lead guy hook up, the best friend finds out and becomes a target, but survives, the bad guys' daughter dies, etc etc etc. Almost every plot reveals itself as it begins. Accept for the epilogue which had some surprises, mostly because IT DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. And the premise? It's dumb. Just dumb. Evolved humans that can fight, throw people around with their powers, use guns, but can not kill, how does that even work? There is so much wrong with the story. Some of the fight scenes are decent, but only some of them.

I love the show. Yes maybe it has a bumps but the main story is awesome. I love the show. Please bring it back to the screens!! Actor's acting is also excellent. I am eager to see if love is going to be happening for Stephen. Also what will happen with Astrid and John. How the memory of Jack is going to be recovered. And how Jad finally is going to be wiped out. If it is going to be a reunion between Rasel and Nataly.. I love how the effect are being made. This are happening very fast and i am excited for the story during every second of the show. Also i can't wait to see how Stephen's power is going to be evolving.. He absorbed his father energy - powers, and with that teaser you have left us with our mouths open.. Hungry for more..

Please, renew this show. It is amazing and has great potential. I got hooked onto this show after the first episode. I know the ratings weren't as good as other shows, but that is because you aren't counting online views or downloads, its now out on Blueray and DVD... Does that not mean anything? That means it has potential!! I know it was made nearly 2 years ago or something but this show is absolutely amazing and deserves a second chance. Please please please. This show is different and for all ages, most of my family like it. My grandma, my mum, my cousin, my auntie's. They all love this show. And so do I. Stephen and Cara have so many more adventures, and John there was a twist with him and Jed! Come on C.W you should know a good show when you see one by now!!

I saw the advert for this show, the title sounded familiar, and I found out it was originally a British children's science-fiction television show, the trailer for this American remake certainly looked worth a go. Basically the show revolves around humans who have developed evolutionary powers and are becoming homo superior, the next state of human evolution, they band together and call themselves The Tomorrow People, and their powers are called the "three T's": telepathy, teleportation and telekinesis. Stephen Jameson (Robbie Amell) develops these powers, as his father (and mother, which you find out later) are also homo superior, he becomes one of The Tomorrow People who stay hidden underground in their lair, while trying to find his father who has disappeared and could be key to ending a shadow war. The other Tomorrow People include elected leader and Stephen's possible love interest Cara Coburn (Peyton List), second leader and Cara's relationship John Young (Luke Mitchell), and the likable wisecracking Russell Kwon (Aaron Yoo). The shadow war going on in the show is between The Tomorrow People and a secret organisation called Ultra, who hunt down, neutralise or kill the super-humans, and the only way to end the war and create peace between the human race and the homo superiors is for Stephen to work for the enemy, and to find his father, Stephen's uncle Dr. Jedikiah Price (Mark Pellegrino) is an evolutionary biologist and the head of Ultra. Throughout the series, set in New York City, The Tomorrow People try to find and protect more of their kind before Ultra can find them, each member gets their own storyline of some sort that causes fuss, slowly but surely they find and follow clues that could lead to solutions, and of course Stephen gets closer and closer to finding his father Roger Price (Jeffrey Pierce), and all the heroes eventually find the strength to go against the real villain Hugh Bathory aka The Founder (Simon Merrells). Also starring Madeleine Mantock as Astrid Finch, Stephen's best friend; Jacob Kogan as Luca Jameson, Stephen's brother; Sarah Clarke as Marla Jameson, Stephen's mother; Alexa PenaVega as Hillary Cole, Stephen's Ultra partner and Dan Stevens as the voice of TIM, the Tomorrow People's artificial intelligence. The cast of characters are as good as you can get, the stories occurring in each episode have the right amount of gripping moments and idea, and the special effects are fantastic, but it is just like Heroes, a great idea with the superhuman element running the show, but it turned a little lame, I did stick with it to the end, but I'm sort of not surprised it was axed, nevertheless it was not a bad television science-fiction drama. Good!
