not as good as all the hype

I was totally surprised at how great this film.You could feel your paranoia rise as the film went on and as you gradually learned the details of the real situation.

Blistering performances.

Okay, so there happens to be this other show about a kid, and his adoptive brother pet. Coincidence? It can't be! I'm disgusted by this! It acts like Miracle Star is the rip off, but The Amazing World Of Gumball is the real one! They ripped off all Miracle Star episodes! PLUS, Miracle Star came out WAY before The Amazing World Of Gumball did. Disgusting. Hopefully whoever the creator of Miracle Star is finds out, and sues Ben Bocquelet pathetic ass!

What The Amazing World of Gumball does well and better than most cartoons it their ability to parody. Now I'm gonna be straight with you, the later seasons are a cut above the former seasons. Season 5 is one of my favorite seasons so far, and it still gives me joy with every new episode.Now Amazing World of Gumball is the type of show that you can just jump in any episode. There are very few actual strings that connect episodes such as a reoccurring villain named, "Rob" but they usually explain his story within each episodes. This makes watching the best episodes easy for anyone and provides an easy introduction to new people.The parody episodes are just amazing. Everyone gets made fun of, from Star Wars, to Golden Girls everyone gets a slice of attention.Now one other thing is that the show itself doesn't ever really feel forced when they parody certain ideas. Now the characters are really what I like about this show. It might not be full of originality but the way they pull it off is what makes the show just work so well. You have the stereotypical father who is lazy and fat while having a hard working mother with a short fuse. A straight man older brother who is not exactly the smartest person in the world and always seems to get into trouble. Next is the sidekick younger brother who is innocent and has just too much love. And finally there is the super smart little sister who out classes everyone in IQ but is pushed aside and ignored.Even though these characters sound very generic and in some rare cases one dimensional they bounce off each other so well leading to very funny moments and at times heart warming too.A few episodes I highly suggest are: The Line, The News, The Puppets, The Lady, The Console, The Upload, The Nuisance (mostly because of a single scene), And finally The Choice.

The amazing world of gumball is a very interesting show. Season 1 & 2 made me thing this show would be stupid, but eventually it picked up and simply got better! It's A very funny show although sometimes stuffed with innuendos and a fare share of plain bad episodes, none the less when an episode is good, It's great.

I've watched some episodes of The Amazing World of Gumball and it's absolutely brilliant. This is one of the best cartoons I've ever watched. It's also very funny and bizarre.My favourite character is Richard Walterson because he is the funniest character I've ever met. He's an absolute gas.I'm nearly 27 years old and I'm still watching this cartoon.
