Highly Overrated But Still Good

best movie i've ever seen.

When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

It's a movie as timely as it is provocative and amazingly, for much of its running time, it is weirdly funny.

I've never sceen archer but it kinda looks like it but different, when I first saw this on netflix I wanted to watch it so I did. It's really bad first 10 minutes I turned it off and watched something else because it wasn't funny and unnecessarily rude. Do not watch this and watch something good. it tried to be funny but failed and when you watch the trailer you want to watch it but when you do, it's just awful. I suggest you to watch archer because this is just a remake of it. The certificate/age rating should be a 15+ not a 12+.

This show isn't even close to ripping off Archer. The only reason it's similar is it's animations and it's characters being in an agency. This show is great, I laugh a lot more than I do when I watch Archer, it's also awesome to see a show with the setting in Australia. The people who say this is a rip-off are just mad about the animations and the characters being similar to Archer. Give it a few episodes, though I got hooked after one. This series has a large amount of potential. In some ways it isn't an entirely new idea, but in some ways it is. The comedy of this show is much different than that of Archer's. I look forward to seeing this show grow, and hopefully people will become less butt hurt when they realize that this isn't supposed to be:'Archer: Australia Edition'.

I can't be the first person to say that this show is merely just an Archer ripoff.However, while Archer succeeds with its humour and wit, Pacific Heat just falls flat. The jokes are horrendously unfunny and it seems the writers don't know where to continue with character development other than making it clear as day: THE PROTAGONISTS ARE IDIOTS! Not only that, if you were to question me about the characters in Archer, I could go into detail about each and every one of them. Pacific Heat on the other hand? I can go any further than saying, "The two blokes are incompetent, the blonde woman is skilled when the plot needs her to be, and the second woman's accent is difficult to understand at times." And that last comment makes me worry about being sexist or racist, but don't worry, the show does it for you! Every foreign character in this show is portrayed as the most racist stereotype for whatever ethnicity they are. The jokes are repetitive, the characters are completely forgettable and I can easily sit through an episode without pulling a smile.What were you thinking, Netflix, when you supported this?

It's really easy to dismiss Pacific Heat as an Archer clone. Heck, the Message Boards right here say as much. And I thought I read somewhere where someone dismissed it without even finishing the pilot episode. The bottom line is, yes Pacific Heat is very Archer- ish, although nowhere as good. That said, as the old adage goes, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".If one were to take the time and watch the whole season, Pacific Heat does finally hit its stride about mid-season. I will admit at first it was a little jarring, with its not-quite Archer/Frisky Dingo animation, its flat voice acting, and its dimwitted characters. But somewhere mid-season I found myself falling for these quirks, and found I really liked this show. And personally I feel we need more cartoons geared for us kids who never grew up. Reviews and ratings hold power over these shows, and personally I'd hate for this show to be canceled because no-one took the time to let this show grow on them.I won't say much about the show itself. But I will say give it a chance. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised.
