One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.

It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review

Yes, absolutely, there is fun to be had, as well as many, many things to go boom, all amid an atmospheric urban jungle.

I think Disney was just desperate for another show. This is horrible. Worst acting ever, horrible and cliché jokes, it just doesn't get any worse. Oh, wait, it did. When they made Jonas L.A. I mean, really, do ALL TV shows eventually have to "go Hollywood?" Worst show I've seen by far, and I've seen a lot of crap. They were just trying to show off the fact that the Jonas Brothers can "act." I'm glad this show got canceled, though surprised it wasn't wildly successful because of all the fan-girls. Then again, the Jonas Brothers kinda became irrelevant once Justin Bieber came along. This show may have been successful before Justin Bieber, despite the horribleness of it. Honestly, I can't write one nice thing about this show. Sorry.

i think there should be another season . frig questions were answered with the Joe and Stella thing to a point but then there is always the Nick and Macy thing.... what happens there???? and why does Kevin never get a date bring in the wife to play the girlfriend, i think it could work. and besides what about Franky? i mean come on does nick have competition? and all thou they are all about the age to not being in high school anymore most of the high school shows of my time anyways had actors and actress that where like 30, way older than the brothers are so whatever doubters. i love the show and i hope it comes back to my TV every week :D

I was surprised to find out that the newest Disney show "JONAS" has been picked up for another season. Being the parent of a little girl, I have been watching a lot of Disney Channel since there is very little my wife and I will let her watch. When I first watched JONAS I was like many viewers who gave it a 1/10 or 3/10. But the fact that the show reminds me a lot of the Monkeys I watched a few more episodes and became a fan. However I don't think there should be a season 2.While JONAS is a cute funny show that Disney is trying to milk for all the Jonas power it can get, that is not enough to keep fans with the show for too long. The characters are likable and the Joe-Stella plot is cute, but not where they should focus. As a matter of fact, the chemistry is not that good between the two. Chelsea Staub is a beautiful and talented actress, and the show only benefits with her on the show, but her character is still minor, as well as Macy (Nicole Anderson) who has evolved into a normal character and not the stereotypical "Jonas Head".Kevin and Joe are too old to be in high school, and where do they go when they graduate since their school is the premise of the show. I would much rather it been more like the Monkeys in that the four boys where struggling musicians and not famous. The Jo Bros try convince us that they are "Keeping it real", but how much longer can it last.I gave this show a 6/10 because it is cute and funny, but Disney should not let it go more than another season. Even Miley Cyrus knows it time to pull the plug on Hannah. It's time to travel in a new direction Disney Channel, and move away from the Pop Star Characters.

Before I took the time to sit down and watch JONAS, I never had been a fan of their music. I thought I was too old to listen to a "boy band," but then I saw an episode of the Jonas Brothers' show. I was really impressed! The three brothers are a riot together, and not bad actors to boot. I could not stop laughing because of the charm Kevin, Joe, and Nick portrayed on screen. Not to mention, the supporting characters of Stella, Macy, and the rest of the Lucas family were well cast, as well. I think what makes the show so fun is how everyone involved gets so into their characters and the story that the viewer can't help but have fun. The best part, though, is the new songs introduced in some of the episodes. Even in their television show, the Jonas Brothers work hard on their music, and it is AWESOME. I recommend this show to anyone who not only likes the band (which I will admit, because of the show I am also a fan now), but to anyone who loves a light-hearted, entertaining show.
