Wonderful character development!

Admirable film.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

BtVS is a great series to watch if you like vampires, and hot women (or guys ahem),. Ignore that horrible movie with Kristy Swanson, this is a excellent series with great character development and wonderfuly written scripts. You will love this series! I give Buffy the Vampire Slayer a 8/10

What I liked:Some of the important episodes were well-made, season 3 was the only consistent season, the second half of season 2 was the most intriguing. What I disliked:The childish dialogue, how selfish Buffy constantly was, the rest of the seasons as a whole I just couldn't get into, I wanted them to do more with a one-on-one Angelus vs Buffy than just that sword fight. I get that they didn't want fans to hate Angel but they should've done something to make Buffy, specifically, more terrified of him and what he could to her.

I only started to watch Buffy recently, 20 years after the first episode was aired, got to say I am very impressed. Now remember this is 2017, people are used to 1080p streaming, Blu-ray / 4K video, and HDMA sound quality, 480i, 2 channel sound and 1.33:1 screen ratio are simply not going to cut it anymore. However, in this case, despite the huge technical disadvantages, Buffy still stands out as a serious and entertaining show, one of the best of its kind. The screen-play are well written, characters well developed, dialogues are actually interesting and thought provoking, plus great acting all around. Joss Whedon is a real genius.Due to the age of the show, I don't know if they will ever release a Blu-ray set, but I can only imagine what a tremendous joy it'd be to watch it on Blu-ray (again). Buffy really sets the standard and example for today's Hollywood, if there is show you can relate to 20 years later, then you know it is not the picture quality or special effects, but the story and acting that speak to you. Comparing this to some of modern day shows, it is clear to me that technical advances don't always improve the quality of a show.

I have watched every show more than two times. I grew up watching this and it made me fall in love with Vampires. Now I look for any cinema movies or shows that have Vampires. Twilight I did not like. It was not good. I like when the Vampires are natural and not so melodramatic like the old films showed them. Buffy had so many good shows I really think they should remake Buffy.
