The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.

When I first saw this saw back in the middle of my 6th grade year I didn't know what to expect. A story-driven comedy adventure airing on Nick? Surprisingly though it works really well. While there are some "childish" moments there is indeed a very interesting plot through each of the 3 seasons (I haven't finished the third season so I can't really say.. I stopped following after my 7th grade year with Season 2) Of the approximate 60 episodes per season each totaling at about 11 minutes per episode there is just enough to push each plot and to leave the viewer coming back the next day with even more questions. Upon re-watching it, a few things I must mention to an older, 17+ audience: The characters, while starting a bit obnoxious, really come into their own as the series continues and the drama rises. The acting is... meh. Some are decent actors but a lot of them wear the British twang a bit too much (Patricia specifically) which leads to some borderline "Whine" like performances and line delivery. The comedy is usually childish with some annoying noises and characters acting silly... but as the series goes on and you learn more about the characters the jokes go from slapstick "meh" fest to really funny character jabs. (One of my favorites is when the make fun of Victor in season 2) The show really becomes second nature and I have many fond memories of Season 2's middle being EXCELLENT. The plot in the first two seasons are convoluted to a point where it becomes a Joy (pun not intended) to watch unfold and how many ties the different strings of the mysteries really have. Overall, give this show a shot.. like what you see? (The sometimes corny-British heavy mystery serialized show) Then defiantly check out Season 2.

This show is amazing. Can't believe it's over. Started watching the show when it aired on Nickelodeon on January 1, 2011. When I first saw a trailer for it on TV I wasn't sure if it will be a great show. But then I watch the first episode and I was like "OMG! I love this show". After watching each episodes... I always want to know what will happen next. I support the cast no matter what. Now that it's over... The cast is going their own way. About 5 of them are still acting. One of them is focusing on music. Like I had said before... I support each and every one of the cast members. I love the cast so much. Really can't believe it's over. Wish there were more seasons. This show I would say is my life. I think it taught me about trust, probably some romance, and a lot about Egyptian history.

House of Anubis. One word...amazing! I love a good mystery and each new episode I can't wait because the story has unexpected twists. It is a good show to watch alone, so basically an independent, thrilling, romance, comedy. I end up in my chair on the edge laughing with a stunned face (for romance), and shaking all at the same time. If you miss an episode, you can always watch it again on the internet because you want to know what happens. Great acting, great stories, great laughs, great watching, but most of all, it is definitely a great, great, great unraveling mystery. Watch Nickelodeon's show House of Anubis.

my 5 and 8 year old loved it. How many episodes are there? IMDb seems confused about that. I have never seen better hair on any show in history and the fashion is easy and cheap to duplicated. The story is easy to follow and it made the kids laugh a lot. Nick should do more shows like this. It taps the appeal of Harry Potter---all things British---without scaring them. A nice fun show. The mystery it's based on is a good one, hard to figure out and intriguing.Actually Nick should do a live weekly variety show staring Jeannette McConnell. Imagine, all the Nick stars and hot tween acts performing in a one hour live format hosted by Jeannette and produced by Schneider.
