Too much of everything

... View MoreThis is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
... View MoreTurned off after 5 minutes due to the swearing being cut out (the only thing entertaining about GR shows) being British we don't edit swearing in our shows in case it hurts overly sensitive people, if you don't like it? Switch over . If this was broadcast on British TV (as his other shows usually are) then it would be uncut. I find it pathetic that Americans are happy with extreme violence in shows but say the F word and it's a no no. Just look at the walking dead.
... View MoreI love Gordon Ramsay but that family in the first episode was extremely depressing. They are people who need professional help who's private business should have never been flaunted like that on TV. I know that there is always an element of this in 'reality' TV but usually, in my opinion, they leave a lot out and only give a small jist of a family's life but this was just allll hangin' out. Guys, that was not edgy or entertaining that was just depressing. And the producers already know that a TV show can't save restaurants so they're not even trying anymore. And the gimmicks seem... weird for Gordon. Maybe he's losing popularity and needs gimmicks to get viewers but.. yikes.
... View MoreI didnt think it was too bad, scripted and rushed but good nevertheless. I feel like there was an element missing however. Maybe that element will reveal itself in later episodes.
... View MoreIt was not horrible, nor was it great, but it seemed more of the same as it was basically, "Kitchen Nightmares" but with the lame twist of having only 24 hours to revamp an eatery. Things seemed rushed, people MUST have been very tired doing this overnight. The set up of the show is that a failing eatery is supposedly being filmed for renovation, but unknown to them, Gordon Ramsay, is really doing his typical Kitchen Nighmare show instead. When they revealed it was actually Gordon, there was not much surprise shown, and the entire show seemed a bit set up and fake in some ways. Maybe the idea is just getting old, or maybe it never was all that real to begin with, but the drama seems way over the top, and everything comes together too well in most of these shows. Not a lot of finesse and just comes off seeming staged a bit.
