Wonderful character development!

Boring

It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

So naturally CBS had to cancel it because it seems most of the country is Brain Dead already on crappy reality TV shows. One can hope that this gem is picked up by Amazon originals or some Cable channel. It is possible the with the change in administration the writers were going to find it difficult to lampoon both sides as brilliantly as they did in the first season. If they find some Libertarian comic writers they should have no problem lampooning the majority parties equally. Oh and if they have to have a reality show make one called, "Brain Dead, Writers."

Superb TV. The production, direction, acting and presentation is simply excellent. If only all TV could be this way. I was hooked from the first show. But (oh, there's always a but), one soon realise that this is heavily evangelical piece. Supposedly a bipartisan laugh at both sides of politics, one soon realises that 99% of the baddies are on the Right and 99% of the goodies are on the Left. Endless anti-Trump jokes, (fair enough, its political humour) but not one precious syllable against the beloved Hillary – lest we take the Frau's name in vain?. Ababy kicks out violently when it hears Trump on the TV, OK that's funny, but how does it react when it hears the voice of Hillary – we will never know. There are a few naughty Democrats, but the real evil characters are all on the Right, and as thing progress, the writers abandon their veils of impartiality with enthusiasm. Of course, the hero is the Republican who realises his evil ways and betrays his party help the Democrats defeat an unjust, unnecessary and racist war. It is a pity that Amazon paid for an expensive piece of Leftist propaganda, and that the makers could not control themselves so that everyone could enjoy it.

What a surprise this was! Initially slow to get going but after 2 episodes I had to binge the rest. Invasion of the body snatchers style plot, good to see a low key alien invasion and against the backdrop of a government in chaos makes it all the more refreshing. Good mix of politics and the actual invasion, worked so well. This show would work even if it focused on just the politics or the aliens since the writing is excellent and the whole cast are great to watch with interesting back stories and such.Really hoping to see more of this, great having original shows such as BrainDead, even their 'previously on' section is awesome by doing it as a little song that changes each time. Must watch for anyone intrigued by the title and general premise, can't see it disappointing.

Didn't look appealing by the book cover. Come on, bugs, bio gore and huh what, more politics in an election year? Most faces aren't familiar (they did poach a few from the Good Wife and Mr.Monk). My kind of show are Persons of interest and Mr.Robot, my level of blood/gore, Preacher and True Blood. Am not a House of Card nor Walking Dead fan so exploding brains wasn't something I'd anticipate with glee...But then it gets real exciting real fast. Endless curiosities... Self-combustion heads when and where you least expect, retro cocktails in new cool bars with old fashion spies, actors who're just the right level of clever and cute and definitely know their character well. Soon I got dragged deeper and deeper by mystery bug language, and really creative use of modified smart phone bug tracker. It's now my most favorite show...I got sucked in by 2nd episode. By 3rd, I want this show to last 10 seasons. The brand of humor is fresh, sarcastic, lethal, irreverent, and fun plus plus. The visual, art direction, and especially plotting craft, seamless and superb. Pure brainy entertainment!Watch it yourself to find out...
