What makes it different from others?

Best movie ever!

This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

This is a pretty well done low budget movie. One good thing with low budget is that they don't rely on scary videos but use psychological fear to make the viewer enjoy it. This has been done pretty well in this movie. The acting is good and we can see Wyatt's struggle with losing his mind. I never doubted that it was a mental health issue, but it actually made the movie more worth watching. One keeps on looking what to expect from him next. Whether he will crush under it and kill somebody. It is a bit slow. So I admit being bored at some point. But it is all worth it as it keeps on building up towards the last 20 minutes which were a thrill to watch showing us the topic of friendship and trust in this case. And it is amazing how Christian trusted him, because this is where I absolutely wasn't sure how it will end.

Honestly, me and my friends are going to stop shaving, cast an "adorkable" ingenue in the female lead and wander around in silence. We'll stop to glare at each other while playing minimalist techno in the background once in a whileWe'll substitute character development and a logical story-line for jump-cuts and a premise that could not unfold in reality, ever.When we need to we'll bend and twist the story to do whatever we want in order to get to the big cool scenes we want to do. LIke oh I don't know, maybe the main character gets fired by his girlfriend, because his co-workers think he's an asshole...The US press keeps bitching about fake news, so how come movie critics aren't up in arms about this new "fake movie" craze?

A super creepy paranoid thriller. One night while walking home from where ever he was, Christian is approached by a friend, a bff, if you will, Wyatt, who he hasnt seen in quite a long time. Its kind of an awkward meeting, but Christian to seem to be one one those always positive types, and tho it does seem like Wyatt is homeless, he believes the story that he's on his way somewhere and stopped by to say hi... ok... so yea now Wyatt is staying with Christian and thats when things get freaky... That night after getting re-acquainted, and the guys go off to sleep... Wyatt gets a call from "Them", you know who I mean... And "they" tell him, what he already knows... "They" have already infiltrated the humans, and the invasion has begun. Now before you freak out... Wyatt goes to see a doctor, and he lets the doc know, that he does not have schizophrenia, because he looked some things up online, whew, the doc gives him a Rx which Wyatt promptly throws away, cause its quite obvi, the doc is one of them. The real problem tho... Is Christian one of "them" as well??? Pretty cool independent flick that goes deeper than whats on the surface... I say watch it!!

You are so right, Ari.This horror film is "unconventional". The shocks and scares are mild and really it is a subject matter sort of thing. Much of the time, it almost comes off as a romance (and bromance). This is clever, and something not many people attempt to pull off. Or at least not many attempt and actually succeed.
