After playing with our expectations, this turns out to be a very different sort of film.

I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

1st off, please don't waste your time watching this movie unless you really have nothing else going on in your life. It is that bad and then some. I got tricked by the reviews that I was going to look at something that compared with a good, or even descent movie.2nd, for those fools who compare this to "The Car" or J. Carpenter's "Christine" your freaking' crazy!!! Okay I get it, the movie was made on a shoestring budget, but they must have spent the $$ on something else. Here we get to the spoilers part....Someone tell Mr. Lee Vervoort that when young girls bodies hit the water from a bridge drop, even without legs, the body makes a splash and sinks ever so slightly. It hit the water like a floating dummy and then did just that, floated away. Also, I know you didn't pay the actors anything but for your next movie actually get actors, and not just some random people. They might need a script also, sometimes that helps, well you know, in "good movies" it helps. The couple in the movie have no chemistry and Alice simply can't act hit way out of a box. Yes, the sheriff and his deputy are even worse, but at least they got limited screen time. Some mentioned how cool the cars are in this movie, that isn't true either. A busted '77 Camaro and that white heap of mess racing down the street was weak, they were going like 50 mph.Oh yeah Rodger next time you get a girlfriend make sure you don't do anything stupid and get her killed like you did Alice. I mean come on, bro goes to sleep on empty and and wakes up to a full tank!!!!.....WTF! Why was Rodger breathing so hard when talking to the sheriff, and sheriff why pull the gun out on people that need help. STUPID!

For fans of mechanized terror, this film is a must. If you enjoyed "The Car", "Christine", "Wheels Of Terror" or "Duel" I strongly urge you to pick up a copy of this flick. The stars John Michael Morris and Rachelle Christine play a convincing couple who are on the run from a truck that is every bit mysterious as it is dangerous. For their roles as, respectively, Sheriff Jack Bishop and Deputy Clarence Bishop, Tim Emery and Andy Grace give the viewer some hilarious family fighting scenarios to which we can all relate. The finale to this movie is on par with any high budget flick you will ever watch.I doubt I'll be 'spoiling' anyone's surprise by letting on that at least some of these characters get killed throughout the movie. If the film has any weak points, it is only that they cannot be brought back for a sequel.

I'm a car lover. So of course I like trucks. Obviously as I like Horror, I like Possessed or killer cars or truck movies so this fits right into what I enjoy a lot.And this film as become one of the best list. Tension man, from damn beginning to end. Which is great BTW.First kill burnout on the bridge was nice VERY NICE. I enjoy Lee's crew car/truck side and windshield shots, just amazingly beautiful. :) But the lines man, so cool. Here's a few extracts from the script but you've GOT so hear them and what follows or goes after. Very well written piece really. Man I DIG their rednecks as H3LL accent. :)"It was NOT groovy man says the bearded dude when the girl gets off. Don't be such a spa**... Alright party p00per..." Been a while I hadn't heard that so I burst out laughing. Hahaha"How many killers with chainsaw... You tell me I watch too many movies... How many damn times do I have to tell you to call me sheriff??? This is my town now go..."Camaro and Fairlane race was mad. BADASS truck shot right after was a perfect transition... Perfect mark my words!!! :DThe shadows in their face when shot through the windshield were great. Truck noise extremely LOUD that you have to concentrate to hear what they said I like, very nice way to put the emphasis on the Evil machine.GREAT characters extremely well played by the cast and BEAUTIFUL AS FREAKING H3LL SHOTS!!!Very nice soundtrack and some nice sounds around like the birds when the the uncle (I know, sheriff but I like uncle better :P) when parked was just fantastic. When the truck arrives in the warehouse and well everything in it, the lightning = perfect.Road shots are fabulous.BUT BEST OF ALL IS A GATLING!!!No movie with a Gatling gun can be bad. QUITE THE FREAKING OPPOSITE!!!So I truly enjoyed this one.And Lee boy, extremely well done my man. Can't wait for your next projects. THUMBS UP, WAAAYYY UUUPPP!!! :D

It's amazing what Lee Vervoort and crew were able to achieve with a meager budget of $6k. This movie features some intense chase scenes, and some amazing stunts that would normally only be reserved for high budget movies. It even has a really cool and unique stalking scene in a warehouse, performed almost completely while the characters remained inside their vehicles. It also features many hilarious and awesome kills and great lines. With that said this movie isn't perfect; the kills are pretty low budget, and acting shaky at points (though on the other hand some of it is surprisingly good) but it kind of adds to the charm. This is the kind of movie to watch with friends and some beers. It is very much in the tradition of low-budget 80's horror flicks.
