Dreadfully Boring

Ok... Let's be honest. It cannot be the best movie but is quite enjoyable. The movie has the potential to develop a great plot for future movies

Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.

First of all; THERE IS NOT AN 'ORIGINAL' MOVIE. Korean's 2001 version was based on a story Blog posts , so there is no basis on plot/characters/schema.Elisha Cuthbert represents a girl whose fiancé died on an accident, making her a vulnerable, heartbroken, sweet, sad and beautiful girl. Her role and acting was excellent, and she was beautiful and perfect as always.The plot goes on really quick, so maybe some people doesn't feel bonded to the characters; but if you are not slow minded, you can really be on protagonists sides and feel what they represent. It's full of love and feelings.It's a must watch movie.

It is a remake, so it's nothing new by default. However, if we pretend that it wasn't a remake, it would still be nothing new. A story about an unlikely couple experiencing trials and tribulations en route to some sort of resolution is not a novel approach to romance.The acting was OK, but not spectacular. Maybe the lead characters did not quite fit the actors or maybe it was something else, but I just did not find them entirely convincing. As a matter of fact, I could not really care less what the final outcome of the story would be and I am the kind of person who watches Christmas Hallmark rom coms.Granted, the movie does have a message, which is why I am not giving it just one out of ten. However, the message is conveyed in a fairly clumsy manner, borderline ridiculous.

Luckily I saw the korean film first. I saw this on IMDb when i was giving the original film a ten out of ten.GO WATCH THE ORIGINAL FILM!!!!!!!!This film should burn in hell. This director probably found the original films script translated it to English. Then said hey let's make a romance film! I want the director of this film shot through the head for doing this.GO WATCH THE ORIGINAL FILM!!!!!!Don't even waste your time with this film. Like just about every other reviewer said watch the original before you watch this. This just shows you how far the American Romance genre has fallen. VERY SIMPLE.Nothing to say about this movie! Cannot be worse.Just one comment! Please watch the original version! You will see how much super awesome original version can become the worst movie.Just amazed by how really awesome movie can be worst one.All the people I know who have watched this movie was horrified.All the people I know who have watched the original movie was just amazed by it.PLZ TRUST ME.WAHTCH THE Original VERSION!!! You will appreciate my advice.
