Fantom Kiler 2 Trailers

One hooker found hanging in a meat van, another is sawed in half while a policewoman is mercilessly slashed to pieces. A detective, haunted by his lack of results, vents his frustration by abusing the same women who are being preyed upon by the mysterious killer. For the police and the hookers of this small east European town, there seems to be no end to the sadistic nightmare.

Good movie but grossly overrated

It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional

One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.

More misogynistic filth from Poland, a sequel to a film which didn't require one in the first place - and get this, more sequels were to follow! Everything about this is exactly the same as the first one, from the dodgy eyeball closeups to the shaky camera angles and music. Even the sets are the same! The sequel isn't as shocking but it's still pretty unpleasant, unless the sight of naked women getting electrocuted and knifed to death sounds like your kind of thing (and if it does, you seriously need psychiatric help).Once again, every female in the cast is reduced to a mere sex object, simply yet another victim for the villain (same villain as the first, no further substantial clues to his identity - this is more vague than the conspiracy arc from THE X-FILES!). The gore effects are tacky and the direction exploitative and cheap. Furthermore, it drags terribly and doesn't have a beginning, middle or an end. What more can I say? What a way for Poland to go into the new millennium...

I quite enjoyed the first Fantom Kiler film for what it was—an unapologetically misogynistic giallo-inspired slasher laced with twisted humour and nary a plot to get in the way of all of the sex and violence; from the surgically enhanced breasts to the unconvincing killings, everything about the film was patently fake, and the women were as devoid of talent as they were of pubic hair, but it passed the time well enough. For Fantom Kiler 2, which delves into the origins of its eponymous maniac, director Roman Nowicki (AKA Trevor Barley) once again assembles the cream of Poland's stripping industry for more wanton sleaze and deviancy, only this time around proceedings prove far less interesting thanks to a distinct lack of humour and Nowicki's irritating tendency to linger far too long on each and every scene (when even the most lurid of acts prove tedious, then there's something seriously wrong!).

Against popular opinion - I really dug the first FANTOM KILER joint. I thought that it was stylish, sexy, sleazy, misogynistic, and funny - and that's a hard combo to pull together successfully - but I feel that it pulled it off pretty damn well. FK2 is decent, but lacks a good bit of the "charm" of the first film. The "style" is still there, but this entry tries to take itself a little too seriously while still delivering the sleaze - and it doesn't work as well...As with my copy of the first FK joint - this one also had no English subs/dubs - but the "plot" was easier to follow this time around. The cops are still on the hunt for the Fantom Kiler - so they enlist a female officer (the same girl that got the wooden spoon up the bung in the last film...) to go undercover as a hooker to lure FK in. As you can probably guess - this turns out all wrong...I applaud the director for trying to come up with a more "solid" storyline this time around - but honestly, it's not needed. I'd prefer to see this franchise go back to the gratuitous crotch shots and vag-stabbing of the first film (not that there's NONE in this entry - just not enough). There's still some decent explicit nude scenes, but they don't come as fast and furious as the first film. The splatter scenes are a little better done, but this is an aspect that I'd like to see improved too. But regardless - FK2 still has more hot nekkid chicks and sleazy violence than the majority of films out there - with a nice cooch-sawing, and a jumper-cable-nipple-torture scenario (among others) that still make this one decent. Worth checking out if you liked the first FK film, just don't expect it to be quite as good. Here's hopin' that FK3 takes it back to the "roots"...7.5/10

I prefer to watch a sexy horror movie than a low budget gorefest. Therefore I enjoyed this film. I don't want to give away the whole plot but it is more than just your typical serial killer type tale. It is the kind of film I have been looking for for a long time and thought would not exist. Sexy Eurpoean ladies, extreme situations, stylish, great music from Frank Cossack. Maybe it is slow in places but its still worth the purchase (nice cover too). Imaginative and very erotic....I can think of no other film like this for style and content. If you are looking for a bloody gorefest then go somewhere else I say....but appreciate that this is in a league of its own.
