Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.

Mostly, the movie is committed to the value of a good time.

The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

Funny. You have to be more of a teenager (like me) to enjoy this film. It follows Felix O'Neil, who is always in trouble at school, getting expelled. After doing so, throughout the film (I won't spoil it), he is coming up with schemes to not have his parents find out. His friend Danny, is always being dragged along in his plans, helping Felix break into the school, change his grades and steal things. The only downside is the film may inspire young children to get ideas that will get them in trouble, but otherwise a hilarious movie and great for the family on a bad day. Highly recommend. Hope this review was helpful without spoiling the plot.

The basic moral of this story is that you can commit crime after crime, encourage criminal activity with other teenagers, not get jailed, so long as you can blackmail someone not to inform the police. Hilarious?I ended up watching this because my daughters had it playing through Netflix whilst I was working in the same room. This is no pleasant movie and certainly not suitable for children as it encourages repeat criminal behaviour, including hiding felons and jail breaking, hacking, breaking and entering, theft, blackmail, fraud and deceit. I needed to discuss the rights and wrongs of the behaviour encouraged in the movie with my daughters during and at the end; explaining that anyone committing these various acts would be jailed for 20 to 40 years in total. The main character players plays it for laughs as he encourages other to be complicit in his crimes. He badgers his girlfriend and another friend to commit fraud and cover up his crimes, later having them help blackmail someone.Whoever thought this was a good idea for a movie needs to be committed.

Reviewing this film is like reviewing a song by Justin Bieber, I guess. Some people just love it and some people just hate it.I had no idea who is the boy in the leading role. Or that he is internet famous. I read that a few minutes ago in the Q/A section and some other things before I write this. So, that is why I understand the polarising tones to this.Personally, I enjoyed this film very much. Maybe because that was all I wanted this afternoon - to enjoy, to relay and let me being entertained. This film does exactly that! It is funny, entertaining, light and demands no thinking ... As for acting... I don't think the boy is bad or other members of the cast. It is what it is. I guess if you just want to spend pleasant 90 minutes, this film will do that. I must say I did not laugh a lot but must say that almost entire film was really kinda good mood one. Not bad at all as some ratings might suggest it. OK; we all have different tastes, but, this is not really that awful.I think it would have been better if there was a better soundtrack to the film. Though I am not sure there is any soundtrack to this at all.Eight from me.

Great and difficult ways to get back in school. Very challenging. This movie has lots of humor especially funny and interesting techniques. I love this movie with what's the lesson in it. Don't get kicked out of school! School is an important place to go to but don't get kicked out. Felix(main character) get's expelled after breaking school rules. He had 3 chances and messed them up and does everything he can to get back in, even though it includes lying to parents, black nailing and sneaking out of home at night. All strategies lead to creativity and humor as some ideas are crazy and unrealistic but enjoyable to all who love making plans for trouble in school. I believe that this is a great movie to watch especially for troublemakers in school. I know you all will love it.
