Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.
... View MoreThe plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
... View MoreIf you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
... View MoreThe storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
... View MoreBen Gowdey is running a scheme where he is selling a ranch for a ridiculous sum, and when people come to buy the ranch, they are ambushed, killed, and have their money stolen by Gowdey's gun hands. Fuzzy comes to the ranch, after he learns that his cousin Luke purchased it, but when he arrives, he's told by Gowdey's men that they never heard of a Luke Jones. Meanwhile, another prospective buyer, Marshall, is ambushed by Gowdey's men, but is saved by the Lone Rider before he can be finished off. Marshall has his daughter, Virginia, come to town with the money and arranges it to be kept with the Lone Rider for safe keeping, but later Marshall is murdered by a henchman of Gowdey's and the blame is placed on the Lone Rider's identity, Rocky Cameron and Fuzzy. The only way to save themselves is to prevent the next buyer from falling into Gowdey's trap. An OK B-western with an pretty good plot for PRC. Much of the film is saved Fuzzy St. John's antics (like many other PRC productions)and the rest of the cast and production are nothing to rave about. Always find it strange, that Livingston spends more time as Rocky rather than the Lone Rider, but I'm not complaining. Rating, based on b-westerns, 5.
