In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.

I found 'Welcome to my life' to be a fair, honest, interesting and touching story! I thought the soundtrack, editing and general production of this film was perfect. I commend Chris for opening up about his personal life and for being real about it. Some of the reviews here are way too harsh and I think their authors would do well to take a long hard look in the mirror. If you appreciate authenticity then this is the documentary for you! Chris brown DESERVES a break and after watching this documentary I hope he gets exactly where he wants to be :)

So five lines is what's required of me! Don't know how to do that in less. Here we go; this dude "allegedly" punches women..OK...then he cries about it...OK, oh well...then this shait to glorify him (don't get me wrong, no fan of Rihanna, but no one, regardless of if you're male or female, deserves domestic abuse)...and that is where I'm like "take you dollar dollar bills y'all" and dry you tears! You, Sir, should just let your mediocre career fade in...well, nothing!

It's an amazing documentary, made me cry a f****** river. It shows how strong he is even after all the bullshit that he been through. Shows how multi talented he is in literally everything. Shows that he is a human just like us and he makes mistakes just like any other human being. I find it really stupid that they're some people keeps constantly hating on him just for a mistake he did and he was forgiven by the victim himself, so for those people who are hating on him I find it really stupid and ridiculous cause that's non of your business he was forgiven for what he did and life goes on. And it showed me how the world is so mean, disgusting and have no mercy. The media and the press have been putting some much bullshit on this guy and they've always showed the Chris brown that they wanna show to the people. Also in this documentary it also shows how he great and amazing father he is. I totally agree and believe that if Chris without the 2009 incident he would have been as iconic as MJ and everybody knows that. In my opinion I think Chris is a legend and a big icon and people don't give him much credit for what he does and he's underrated. . This guy can do anything he's an entertainer and multi talented artist. I will forever admire his strength and ability . In my eyes I see him as the greatest legend

This film was amazing, Chris showed us who he really is. He let us in his life and told us his story, he told us his truth. Not only does this film show how difficult it can be as a public figure but also how difficult it can be growing up. This also shows that it's TWO sides to a story. All this time people made him out to be some "Monster" but he isn't. He's no devil and he isn't an angel, he's human. This also shows that women are abusive too, two people who happen to have anger issues and insecurities shouldn't be in an relationship together period. Chris and Rihanna BOTH had issues, they both abused each other mentally and physically but the only person who took the blame was Chris. They were in a toxic relationship at a very young age, they were young, immature, reckless and naive. But at that age you don't fully understand what the hell you're going through. I'm glad they changed now, and I'm very glad Chris finally told the real story. The media made everything one sided, when this definitely wasn't the case. Everything makes more sense now.
