As somebody who had not heard any of this before, it became a curious phenomenon to sit and watch a film and slowly have the realities begin to click into place.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

This film is abhorrent at best. The filming is nausea inducing shaky cam garbage for the majority of the film. The dialog and character development is a joke. This film isn't even on par with B budget action films of the 1980's. Do yourself a favor and take a fervent pass on this flotsam.

North Korea is about to test a missile capable of reaching all of the US. The President (Peter Coyote) decides to send in SEAL team 1 to sabotage the missile. New intel forces him to change his mind and launch a pre-emptive strike. Four SEALs are left behind enemy lines to sit and wait for extraction. However they are found by the North Koreans. This is a B action movie. The story is well and good for the limited movie. The production value is limited. The biggest problem is the editing of the movie. There are all kinds of crazy cheesy effects at work here. They have slo-mo fast-forward echoing effects with ethereal operatic music. Shaky cam is fine, but they shook way too much. The bad action scenes sucked out any possible fun from this movie.

a pure failure of a film the director got changed & the story is a mess involving vast amount of video footage from various new channels and mass politics, made me though is this a jack Ryan film i am watching, who was responsible for bad script, camera holder and bad cast.we all have seen behind enemy lines 2001 and that is a fantastic film there was no sequel needed that film was theatrical this was a direct home release it so bad that you cant even dump it in the sea the water will come outside a great example of how to make a bad film.the story:navy seals go into the north Korea to attack a missile site that could possible launch a nuclear attack.the never ending dialog's and bad actors are present there is only one guy who was doing some acting is Kenneth Choi plays Korean ambassador, john moor the director of the first film must be angry over this.this film got zero detail to be even considered a film or even a documentary. plus why this is called axis of evil.behind enemy lines 2:axis of evil never works and its totally unwatchable my rating is 1/10 Skipp it.

Not realistic movie. When the North Korean commander "asked" Robert James to destroy missile silo... too much. Also directing was bad. When i first heard the movie name i was excited but when i watched --> such a waist of time.Behind Enemy Lines was a good movie. Now there are available Behind Enemy Lines & Behind Enemy Lines II together in same DVD-case and there will be more disappointed people. The makers of this film should go back to school and when they have a great name for a film "Axis of Evil" the product should reply the name and this doesn't.
