I saw this movie before reading any reviews, and I thought it was very funny. I was very surprised to see the overwhelmingly negative reviews this film received from critics.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

By no means believe the reviews that were clearly written by friends of the director or something. This movie is just awful, and like a couple others, I only watched it because of the relatively high rating on Amazon Prime Video. The acting is HORRENDOUS, especially by the guy who plays Granny's son. I haven't seen a performance that wooden since Plan 9 from Outer Space. There were neither plot twists nor surprises. No suspense at all. The plot was dumb and simplistic. No style in the camera-work - looked like it was shot on a cell phone. Best part by far were the bedroom scenes, as that actress is kind of hot. Don't say you weren't warned.

Good creepy fun - a suspenseful tale that takes aim at the idea of a "sweet little old lady," with strong performances particularly from Rachel Alig and Glenda Morgan Brown. Writer-Director Les Mahoney has a feel for Hitchcockian atmosphere and characterizations. Working on a modest budget he achieves some of the tension missing from bigger Hollywood features.Mahoney himself plays a love interest for Alig's caretaker character and his entrance into the film brings additional complications. The script is loaded up with some great twists, including one final turn at the end. Enjoy!

This movie has a "Hitchcokian" feel to it. There's an interesting relationship between "Marion" & "Rebecca" and a rather sick little idea that they come up with and act out on. And then there's some other twists and turns that the movie takes from there. It's also shot in a way that moves the pace along nicely from start to finish. I have to say , a lot of people tend to be "haters" when it comes to Indie films, so I encourage most people to take that into consideration when they see negative reviews of Indie films like this. There's going to be a lot of people who just automatically hate it simply because it's low budget, similar to how some people hate all black & white movies because they're black and white or how some people hate all foreign films because they have subtitles and they just hate subtitles. So that's what is going on with so many indie bashing reviews. Please keep that in mind when browsing through those types of reviews. On the other side of the coin, if you're a fan of indie films, and thankfully there are more and more people becoming as such, this movie is definitely worth checking out. Give it a try. And I don't mean give it 5 minutes. I mean, sit down and give the movie a real chance to develop.

I have no Idea how this film got rated so high. This should have been a 3 or a 4 at most. I wish I could have my 83 minutes back, but unfortunately my Girlfriend made me sit through the whole thing. I really thought the acting was horrible, but for a low budget movie I guess it was not the worst. But the point I'm trying to make here is that we would have never even picked this movie to watch if it wasn't for such the high rating that it got, of course which I know now not to trust the rating system anymore. But up until now that's what we have been using to pick the movies we want to watch, and I gotta say it's worked out pretty good so far. That's all I gotta say really. I would hope people start rating movies more accurately to what they should be.
