This is a tender, generous movie that likes its characters and presents them as real people, full of flaws and strengths.

It was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.

I'm only giving this an 8/10 because I liked the first six seasons until the seventh season came along. Iginio Straffi really outdid himself when he created this. I also hope they bring back some of the villains from the previous seasons, whereas they work together to try and defeat the Winx. Here are some things I like about this show:1. Seasons 1-6 have really god voice actors. Seasons 1-3 have really good 4Kids voice actors and Special 1-Season 6 have had really good voice actors. I hope they bring back the Nickelodeon and 4Kids voice actors.2. Each character has their unique color (i.e. Bloom wears blue, Stella wears orange, etc.)3. My favorite transformations are Sirenix and Mythix. They both have something in common: Sirenix is 3D when entering the Infinite Ocean and Mythix when they enter the Legendarium. Not a 10/10 show, but a really good show for kids!

First three seasons of Winx Club are definitely one my favorite cartoons ever. First season had a great story of Bloom's past and about how she's discovering who she really is and about her real family. You can see her turning from a normal teenage girl to a strong fairy. Second season focuses on a new character - Layla (or Aisha), while third season focuses on the new powers. Now, what's the most important in each of these seasons is that every main character has screen time and personality - which most of them lost in the new seasons. Those three seasons have a normal and very interesting story that makes sense and it is clearly shown that it is not some random stupid cartoon for 5-years-old kids. You can see that writers really cared about this show. Then there was an amazing movie after S3 that finished Bloom's story. And this should have been the end of Winx Club. But no, they ruined it.Season 4 is just OK. Story about fairies on Earth is very good, but it could have been done so much better. It is missing action, especially through the middle of S4. And they added so many unnecessary transformations, sub-transformations, wings or whatever. And why did they even kill Nabu? Like for no reason. And then Season 5 - where they completely destroyed Winx Club. Where do I start? First of all, it was turned to a cartoon for 5-years-old kids which it wasn't before. Main characters completely lost their personality, all of them used to be somebody and had their traits, and since S5, they are all the same. Bloom, who was once a lovable young girl discovering about her life, is now bossy and not nice anymore at all. Stella became very annoying, and others? They don't exist anymore, especially Musa and Tecna. It's like they are out of club. And Trix used to be evil and their evil ambitions made sense, but now they're just ridiculous and dumb. Bloom is the one who talks and does everything, Stella adds some very unfunny comments to what Bloom said and everyone else is just walking next to them. That's how new episodes feel to me, especially season 7.There's no more character progress, no more story continuity, no more plots that make you want to watch the next episode. They used to fight the evil, show us about true friendship and love, and now? Now Bloom's walking around and rescuing some stupid animals and others are following her quietly. And that's it - everything that could possibly be ruined is now ruined. This show has became all about Bloom and those new ridiculous transformations. They even named a transformation after her - Bloomix. Are you kidding me? Transformation used to be a thing that gives them new powers and looks, but now they all have the same clothing and they just dance around. I know that is what's perfect for young children, but why didn't the writers care about those who are fans of old Winx Club?To sum up, it became a very very sad TV show.

While the girls may not be drawn the best, they are NOT anorexic in anyway. In fact, there is a big foodie in the group. Still, the show is very entertaining. This show's best seasons (in my opinion) are 2 and 4 so I recommend you watch them. In fact, I recommend this show in general. I don't understand why it receives so much hatred- it has good messages, good action and is quite enjoyable. The only downside is that I dislike Bloom- yet I still think this show deserves a 10/10 I recommend this show for people who like shows about heroes and people who like fantasy shows!

This is an awesome fantasy series (my favorite genre) about a group of teenage fairies, their adventures in the world of Magix and also in their fairy school Alfea. Also I'm into fairies, witches, etc. I'd first watched it when it premiere on North American TV (I'm from Canada) and after that I love it. But I was shocked, surprised and flabbergasted by the negativity I heard on Keyframe, I mean it's all the matter of point of view you know. I also would like to point out that this show is my first glimpse at Italian animation, as this show was originally made in Italy. My favorite Winx girls are: Bloom: Fairy of The Dragon Fire, Princess Stella: Fairy of The Sun & Moon, Tecna: Fairy of Technology (love her accent), and... Princess Layla: Fairy of Water/Fluids.So anyway, I really love this series.
