Tells a fascinating and unsettling true story, and does so well, without pretending to have all the answers.

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

Animation was at a bit of a low point in the mid 2000s, but there were still good shows here and there, one of them being The Replacements. The idea of having a phone that can replace people to make your life easier is an interesting one, and they really ran with the concept due to how crazy things got. The second season focused less on replacements and more on the characters and stories, which I view as a plus. Our main characters are well rounded, with Riley being my favorite. I can see why she had a bigger focus in later episodes. Admittedly, it got a bit too crazy at times, but the good was still significantly strong. I didn't mind the formulaic aspect in the first season since it did help to teach good morals. I don't have much of a problem with the show. It's plain fun.My score: 9/10

I really did not have high hopes for this show at all. I thought it was going to be another "The Buzz on Maggie" and I was right. The only thing this is trying to tell kids that if you don't like something,Call an imaginary company to take them away. What do they even do with the people they replace? Starve them of food and water and make them look at the writing of this terrible show? I wouldn't wish this show on my worst enemy. If any thing else they should just flat out say that they want kids to be judgmental of people at first sight. Not to mention that the kids are so poorly drawn...their heads are square and have freakin' square noses that are discolored. These are the things that make me think of the times when Disney actually looked at what was coming on their network.

The Replacements is a really cheesy and stupid animation show from Disney. This has to be one of the worst Disney shows recently, this show is just beyond awful and its plot is really weak. Its about two kids, Todd and Riley Daring who replace adults with other adults that they find better. That's so stupid. Before i saw this show i thought it would be good but when i started watching it, it was just garbage. The voice acting sucks, Todd's voice sounds so nasty and disgusting, he also acts like such an idiot. Riley acts weird and always stupid around that guy she likes. The parents act so fake and retarded, The father, Dick daring is a joke and a complete idiot. The mom is always lost and is very annoying. This show is just stupid in every way, its not funny in the least bit, don't waste your time watching this garbage.

i hate this show! this show is one of my tie breakers in my "Most Hated Show List." One of the shows is "Yakity Yak" which showed on Nick for so short and "Mucha Lucha." O my gosh those shows were horrible!they make fairly odd parents look good. If they made a movie it would be a waste of money. Currently i sprained my ankle and compared to watching the replacements it was less painful. To me, they should cancel this show, but for now, all parents, block this show! Disney why did you disappoint us so? You know, to all the people i know who watched this show you'd better replace this show. After all this is the name of the show. I don't care if i don't make sense just don't watch it.
