Did you people see the same film I saw?

A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.

Just intense enough to provide a much-needed diversion, just lightweight enough to make you forget about it soon after it’s over. It’s not exactly “good,” per se, but it does what it sets out to do in terms of putting us on edge, which makes it … successful?

Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.

I've watched the first season of this disgraceful show and I cried blasphemy towards this show, because it lacks entertainment and it adds more annoyance. If you don't understand what I'm saying I'm saying that it has a person who is socially challenged, as the "host" or as the lead character. If Andy wants legitimate friends, and not "friends that will stick around him to just to make look bad by saying do this and do that" then he needs to stop acting like a poser rapper(a wannabe rapper) and just act normal for a change. He needs to stop going up to random strangers and act like a jackass. He also needs find some real jobs(i.e.Supermarket employee or a newspaper deliverer) and not focus on the stupid antics that he does on the show.MTV needs to focus on there core audience more and what they might like and stop accepting random show submits. They need to start a focus group that will review the pilot and take some important notes, so that the show will be improved, before the initial pilot release(showing on-air).

Andy Milonakis is reminiscent of Pee-wee Herman and his antics on shows like "The Pee-wee Herman Show" and "Pee-wee's Playhouse." Pee-wee used to put tape on his face or shove pencils into a potato and make potato animals. Like Pee-wee, Andy does things out of the norm such as put pancakes on his face and pretend that a staple remover is a vampire. Pee-wee also wore his signature gray suit and red bow-tie. Andy always wears a red plaid shirt and jeans. Pee-wee was a man-child. Andy is a child-man, or whatever age he is. Like Pee-wee, Andy has crazy, oddball friends who come over to hang out.Andy Milonakis is a little more crude with his humor and sometimes a little pointless, but when watching this show you should just stop thinking and laugh. It is a very funny oddball show that is not dumb humor. Milonakis, or whoever writes the show, is observant and can take a situation, object, or person and make it eccentric and weird. What turns most people off to the show is its low budget quality. But a lot of kids who watch this show have probably set up a camera and done odd, pointless skits similar to Andy Milonakis and find this show humorous.

When I first viewed the Andy Milonakis Show this past summer, I did not know what to expect. After the first episode, I could not stop laughing for the longest of time. What really made me laugh were his street freestyles, street interviews, and the delivery man pranks. I think Andy needs to cut down on the weird skits or have someone else write better skits. Hopefully there will be more street freestyles in the second season of his show. Another thing that I want to address is the hate that some people have for Andy Milonakis. If you do not like him or his show, then change the channel. Nobody is forcing you to watch his show. Its either you like the show or you don't like the show. Oh another thing, does anybody know as to why the Andy Milonakis show is on MTV2 now? I thought that the show would be on MTV. I guess I am going to have to watch the show at my friends house now.

Thank you, IMDb, for the factoid of the night. I would've almost bet money he was barely in junior high. This show is a trip--and then some. It's like walking down the street and noticing a nice, shiny object in the distance--you can't believe what you're seeing, so you gotta get up close to prove to yourself it's real--next thing you know, you're hooked to the TV wanting more. His flows are fun, his sidekick(s) is(are) even funnier (is that really his Nana?!?) and his antics and homespun, hand-drawn, squiggly animation are definitely, uh, er, one-of-a-kind? But above all else, his theme song can't be beat! Andy's vignettes make you wish you were a 29-year-old-pretending-to-be-13, uh, again? Man, I just knew a 13 year old couldn't possibly be that funny...or could they?? This is definitely a must see!
