This movie is the proof that the world is becoming a sick and dumb place
... View MoreClever, believable, and super fun to watch. It totally has replay value.
... View MoreThe tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
... View MoreThis film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.
... View MoreI finally get to watch this show fully and enjoy all that it is, then they break-up and leave me with a big cliffhanger! This show's style is great and I would have given money to fund its continued production, if I had it to give. According to Wiki, some changes were made in who was heading the production team and the founders just split on the project on by one. Why would everyone just leave this project and not continue with another company? This show has everything, especially love the rotoscoped animation mix with live-action characters. The drama, action, characters, worlds, and comedy were so believable between everyone. A new dimension of animation and live-action tv shows combined has breached possibilities and successful potential, if done right. The collaboration and connections made with this show is lifelike, believable, enjoyable, and worth giving a chance in other production ideas. I love animation, but rarely get to watch tv shows that are really funny without looking for the classics. Today's tv shows cannot be compared to the efforts this show tried to bring to the table. Most are not really funny and stories always have to pertain to law enforcement. Classic and superhero themed shows are probably the closest things to entertainment I get from watching TV. Hopefully, this team of creators with create their own brand of shows, movies, or featured entertainment with other positive supporters. I would have loved to have seen more or at least a clear closure, but cancelation unfortunately happened. Thank you for creating this show and putting your efforts into bringing something new for viewers!
... View MoreI only normally ever write reviews to save others from wasting their time and money, on bad movies.I came here to check if there were anymore episodes and found negative reviews?OK, at first I was offended, being a massive Adam of Eternia fan as a child. This show is awesome and after the first episode or two, once you become more used to Zorn himself, it rocks.I look forward to Zorn, as much as I do Game of Thrones. For once I am not fighting the false hype train reviews and defending against the negative nellys. This show is awesome, if you are awesome too, you will enjoy it.
... View MoreI'm sure it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I think it's hilarious. The cliché divorced father trying to bond with his son theme is given a great twist. Combining animation with live action is definitely a gimmick, but it totally works for me. The entire cast plays it straight, interacting with a 7-foot-tall animated character in a totally natural manner. The animation is crude, but intentionally so.The dialogue is sharp and funny. Cheryl Hines is predictably great. Tim Meadows, as her wimpy, excruciatingly politically correct new fiancé, is sublimely annoying. The kid is believable. Best of all, Jason Sudeikis, voicing Zorn, is a wonderful combination of of epically clueless and touchingly earnest, as he attempts to build a relationship with his son - and sell industrial soap dispensers - or was it paper towels? The show also lacks the mean-spirited tone that keeps me away from the Fox animated comedies.
... View MoreSon of Zorn is garbage. It's as bad, or worse, then Last Man On Earth. Really ruined Animation Domination on Sunday nights. At least they moved Brooklyn Nine-Nine, yuck. I'd rather watch Cleveland Brown then this batch of "new" shows. They are poorly written by hack actors/writers who go childish when they can think of nothing else. I mean stupid, sophomoric, idiotic but not funny skits. Really, is there no one else with ideas for GOOD animated cartoons? Is this the result of who knows who or nepotism? If so it's sad that so many good shows get cancelled and the crap keeps on spewing, as Stewie might say. Why were American Dad and Bordertown dropped? Stop trying to make Fox Sunday night a wasteland like the other networks.
