Plot so thin, it passes unnoticed.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama

I binged on two seasons and I must admit this was designed really well to be gripping. Would be difficult for someone to not come back to watching this. I was really happy that this was a well thought story, UNTIL THE LAST EPISODE! Just didn't make sense when everyone decides to go on a holiday in Napoli while on a mission. It was just stupid at a whole new level. Makes me think if it was indeed a good series all this while. PS: I am very picky about quality of a series.

The first episodes in series 1 are pretty graphically sexual but it gradually calms down. I find it addictive to watch and I love the concept that the individual skills and be used to 'step' into another personality in order to help - speak, fight, computer skills, detective skills etc. The joy, sorrow is felt by all. Each episode's plot builds and moves the series onward. Others have said they find it slow but I think that due to the complexity of the numerous interweaving strands that the plot has to ensure continuity and balance. I'm now half way through series 2.

This is by far one of the worst shows I've seen. full of cliches, unnecessary back stories, no chemistry between characters, lack of consistency, bad acting, too many slow motion scenes with sentimental music, very patronising, I can go on and on; shortly speaking terrible!

I saw many reviews here complaining about the lack of story or story progress and espacially about the lack of sci-fi elements. And I tell you what. This series isnt about science fiction after all.The plot is about eight characters from all around the world with different backgrounds. Through a coincidence they get mentally connected to each others via telepathy.So what exactly is the main story? It is about these characters. It is about humanity. It is about equality. The series ask the question what makes everyone of us the same. Or is this even the case? And I think that with the telepathy element the Wachowskis found a great way to ask this questions. This main story about the characters and greater ideals is accompanied by a thriller like side story. Also this ask a question about racism. But it is simply a thriller like companion were the characters always threaten by external forces.Overall ... if you expect some kind of shooting, lightsaber or spaceships, you are totally wrong. Some easy going story which dont need you intention wrong.If you like series, like I do, asking philosophical and social questions about mankind, you will enjoy this series so much.
