    Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.

I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.

Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.

This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.

I've watched all seven or eight episodes so far during the first season. This show is downright awful. They've basically taken the "do what someone else whispers in your ear" premise from Impractical Jokers (IJ) and watered it down into an incredibly bland and uninspired show. Where IJ is hilarious and often times makes you cringe, the jokes on Repeat After Me are incredibly tame and rarely make you laugh. The hostess, Wendi McLendon-Covey, is the worst hostess of any TV show in recent memory. Not only is she not funny, she is hideously annoying and arrogant. The end of each segment, where the person that is being pranked is told they are on the show, always results in that person acting more confused/embarrassed than anything. I would be surprised and highly disappointed if this show gets renewed for a second season. Save yourself some time and watch Impractical Jokers instead, which is consistently funny and way more original than this celebrity-produced garbage.

"Repeat After Me" is a hidden-camera comedy series inspired by a segment on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Each episode sees host Wendy McLendon-Covey instructing celebrities via a remote ear piece to interact with everyday people who are unaware that they are being filmed. At the end of each episode, the best "Moment of the Night" is chosen in front of a live studio audience. Ellen DeGeneres serves as an executive producer. The best episodes in Season 1 featured stars include the likes of Usher, Justin Bieber, Michael Bolton, Josh Groban, Wanda Sykes, Kristen Bell, and Randy Jackson. Needless to say, this show is only as good as the celebrities it has on. So, if this show gets renewed for future seasons, hope that it will continue to bring in top celebrities.
