Well, I liked "Pretty Little Liars" and I thought why not give this one a shot too. I was really dead wrong about this show. "Ravenswood" is not just boring- it is plain dumb. The characters are annoying, make stupid decisions and there is just no suspense or scare here. There was a recent teen-horror TV series "Scream" that sustained the tension so well and had me pumping up to the finale. But this one just kept on putting up questions and questions up to a point where you demanded some answers. Obviously the answers are given in a rushed finale, but that leaves you more dumb than shocked! God, this show is really bad!Now lets talk about some of the good things about the show: the performances are nice and I liked the girls who play Olivia, Remy and Miranda. The boy characters were just so annoying and I hated Caleb so much- with his one liners. This is not PLL where we would want some jokes. This is a horror show-give us some tension or some scares please. Also there were some creepy moments too- but only two or three in a series that runs for nearly 450 minutes!Take my advice, see something else. Don't waste your time on this!

I really liked this series it had a lot of character development potential so i was so sad (and angry) there won't be any more! Nothing got resolved and the characters never got the chance to grow. It had that creepy vibe and the casting was really good (who doesn't love Caleb) and to only give the show 1 season is an outrage!! anyone knows it takes a minimum of 2 seasons to get the ratings up as many viewers has to hear about the show first then fall in love with it. Sad. I am still hoping it can come back (maybe a movie to tie things up like Firefly who is a very loved series who's producers jumped the gun and canceled it!!!) To sum up thing GIVE US A SECOND SEASON!!!!! OR A MOVIE (even if it goes straight to DVD or a TV movie...at this point I will take anything!!!!!!!!!

Despite all the talented actors on this series it fails miserably in many points.Just by making this series supernatural it ruined it especially because it is supposedly a spin off of PLL.First episode was kind of interesting and promising but once they decided to keep the Miranda character as a ghost in this show, it started to role deep down in the scale of quality.Caleb's character was hurt the most, Miranda's character is cheesy while the rest got no significant presence in this series till now excluding the fact that they make the marked five "cheesy much"Hanna's appearance as a guest, in hope to save ratings, won't only hurt the character itself but PLL as well! So now what!!? "A" is a ghost! it just frightens you that the end of the awesome PLL might be summarized to one supernatural character.originality is lacking severely and it sounds like if they tried to mix many known supernatural shows into one but that only makes Ravenswood dead boring and repetitive.So in one sentence to summarize, this show must and should be canceled.

I like the suspense of trying to find out what happens next. I also like that it's scary with ghosts in it. The young actors and actresses keep it fresh. It is great for the whole family to watch. My eight year old niece watches it and loves it. I hope there is another series after this one. This is one of my favorite shows and I want to keep watching. Everyone keeps comparing this show to Pretty Little Liars and it is better. It is more interesting for adults, teenagers, and little kids. Like I said before, the whole family. I also like that it is on ABC. This station has my favorite shows to record. Keep up the suspense. It is definitely keeping me coming back for more.
