This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.

This new series is totally different to many of the dour and depressing TV productions usually shown. With a visually stunning production (superb photography of London) and a marvellous score, it has two young leads - Ben Tavassoli and Mark Strepan - who are especially convincing in their parts whilst the talented Mark Addy and other wonderful character actors complete the excellent cast. Both Tavassoil and Strepan show great potential and I look forward to seeing them in future productions. The stories are logical and relevant to today's world and show a quite different aspect to the usual cop drama. I can understand why it would attract a young audience but we are already grandparents and thoroughly enjoyed it (on cable TV in the Middle East). I really hope that the BBC will consider continuing this series which has excellent potential.

Stumbled upon this while recovering from a broken ankle and unable to go out anywhere. Day time television is terrible - and with no internet or alternative I was saved by ABC putting on something that doesn't assume you are stupid in the day time. This series totally got me in.Intelligent - a bit spooky and fast moving. I need to know if there is another series coming as I want to know what happens to Rash and Stefan in their new apartment and what exactly that pharmaceutical company is up to!

I was excited to see a new British Crime Drama advertised on Netflix. The first episode was average and it's been downhill ever since. The writing is atrocious. The acting is very poor. The pathetic dialogue between the two main stars is painful to watch. Usually British dramas have a note of plausibility to them...not so with New Bloods. They're trying for drama with a note of humour and neither is working.

I think the rot started with shows like Robin Hood, Merlin, Atlantis etc. We have characters who are straight out some boy band with very nice hair, excellent makeup and always very politically correct - and this, based on episode one is exactly the same, but this time they have managed to find people who can only act like some disgruntled teenagers and then claim it's "insight". The direction and production seems to want to try and be as smooth as some of the HBO/Netflix shows with some "buddy" comedy but manages to come across a poor attempt. The script was all over the place with characters being brought in every few minutes and the poor use of some of our good acting talent -e.g. Mark Addy and Anna Chancellor. I know these programmes are aimed at the younger audience, so I think they should remove the faux violence and run it at 5.30 on Saturdays rather than taking up main viewing time slots when adults are watching. No more stuff taken from CeeBeebies please
