best movie i've ever seen.

This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.

It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

A great premise let's do a show on the final years of the Knights Templar. Not been done in mainstream tv yet. Good true story with plenty intrigue, plotting and murders. But wait why research an interesting historical story., when we can do drama by numbers. Let's even make it politically relevant for today, and forget the characters live with very different morals than today. Grand Master sworn to chastiy does not work as we need a love interest. French married Queen would be great. Also let's do a murder mystery in medieval times.Why, why , why? Go with the original idea and take a risk. Do not bother with this rubbish and read a book about it.

Actual events left through a window and did not survive fall. The combined attack of the French king and the papacy against the Knights Templar is replaced by all those legends about the latter and the Graal. As someone noticed before, dates and historical characters don't match and this is a pity. Just like the real Knights Templar, the series sinks in a bottomless pit of conspiracy theories, fabricated myths and imaginary timeline. History is dismissing real History as a dull, useless thing and investing on mockery. Still waiting for Baphomet though...

Though show didn't seemed great from the beginning, then it has many unrealistic developments, as storylines also as characters story-development... the end was totally worst: they were punishing their members for murder of enemy and when another member makes worst thing (in the very end) thing that could templar ro, it's like nothing... somehow king is "bad guy" when he was good husband and actually good person, even after he knows about betrayal he tries get back his wife who he really loves, I don't believe any king or man in that time would do that... and friend who sleeps with friends/kings wife is "good guy", at list this series tries to show that way... I want say to them, it's not fairy tale where couple who loves each other is equal to good, right and truthful, and someone who stands between them is pure evil... and many other cheep stupid unrealistic developments...

I'm astonishing to know that Catalunya Kindomg existed. Our history book says that is Aragon Kingdom the real one, but out of the blue somebody has changed the history of Spain. Incredible. Para ser una serie basada en la Historia deja mucho que desear. Inventarse de la nada un reino que nunca existió por más que algunas personas lloren y pataleen, no lo va a convertir en realidad. Eso nunca pasó, nunca existió. Existe el Reino de Aragón, como existió el Reino de Castilla. Por favor, ¿quién no conoce a Fernando de Aragón y a Isabel de Castilla, los Reyes Católicos? Es de E.G.B. Cultura General Básica. Pues el que ha escrito la serie no tiene de eso. Por favor, pónganle cuarto y mitad.
