    It was OK. I don't see why everyone loves it so much. It wasn't very smart or deep or well-directed.

    There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

    The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

    Director Kevin Smith gives us one of the best television shows ever with Clerks. The show continues to follow the same 2 slackers Dante Hicks voiced by Brian O'Halloran and Randal Graves voiced by Jeff Anderson Along with Jay voiced by Jason Mewes and Silent Bob voiced by Kevin Smith. The plot lines are hilarious the voice cast is incredible and the humor is just non-stop. It's a shame it only lasted 6 episodes. The show also includes the longest episode titles ever the episodes are1. Leonardo Leonardo Returns And Dante Has An Important Decision To Make, 2. The Clipshow Wherein Dante And Randall Are Locked In The Freezer And Remember Some Of The Greatest Moments In Their Lives, 3. Leonardo Is Caught In The Grip Of An Outbreak Of Randall's Imagination And Patrick Swayze Either Does Or Doesen't Work In The New Pet Store, 4. A Dissertation On The American Justice System By People Who Have Never Been Inside A Courtroom, Let Alone Know Anything About The Law, But Have Seen Way Too Many Legal Thrillers, 5. Dante And Randal And Jay And Silent Bob And A Bunch Of New Characters And Lando Take Part In A Whole Bunch Of Movie Parodiee Including But Not Exclusive To,The Bad News Bears, The Last Starfighter, Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom, Plus A High School Reuinion 6. The Last Episode Ever. If you are a Clerks or Kevins Smith fan than I definitely recommend it. Fun Fact Jay And Silent Bob were changed from Drug Dealers to Firework Sellers.Rated R For Some Sexual Humor.2hrs 10min/130min.10 uses of the F-word.****/****

    i am so sad that not more episodes was made out of this. it's like "That's My Bush!" all over again! now i do admit that i was a little nervous at first that this wasn't really gonna be so good and just be stupid...believe me when i say this: IT'S NOT!!!! if you love Kevin Smith then watch this show! it's all in a true Kevin Smith style. I always told myself that Kevin Smith was an un-violent Quentin Tarantino. and i'm starting to think that i was right. their styles are almost the same but in stead of all the violence we get comedy here! The two jokes i laughed hardest at in this show was: 1.This was a line i the third episode of the show. The convenient store has been covered in an air tight tent and a bunch of guys in white air tight suits come in. they talk to Dante who know that there's no outbreak here and that it was just because of Randal's old burritos that they think there was a virus.Dante: Look there's no outbreak here. You're victims of an overactive imagination of a pop culture junkie loud mouth.White suit guy: Quentin Tarantino? HAHA! 2. Later they're in a chopper and a stealth bomber is gonna destroy the city because they think there's a virus there. Dante gets on the radio to try and stop them.Dante: I'm talking to the pilots in the bomber that is heading toward the quick stop. My name is Dante Hicks. Please guys. You gotta believe me. There is no virus in either the qickstop or Leonardo. It was a hoax played by an idiot with to much time on his hands.Pilot: Quentin Tarantino? Man I love Kevin Smith! I'm really looking forward to Clerks 2 now. this show is very recommended to Kevin Smith fans and anyone who wants to laugh their asses off.

    Have you ever dreamed of what the Clerks film would be like animated? Well, look no further. This beautiful two-disc collection will give you everything your dreaming heart desires and more! Director Kevin Smith held back nothing to get this series going and sadly, as most GREAT series do, it was canceled after only two episodes. What you need to realize is that this show had more humor in it than anything on television today. It could have easily surpassed the Simpsons with the direction that Smith was taking it. Continual film references, Star Wars moments, and even parodies only enhanced this series to a whole new level. What made this short lived series even better is that we were already familiar with the characters and the setting, the only new parts were the stories and, my favorite, Leonardo Leonardo. I can't believe they had Alec Baldwin do the voice. He was hysterical. Some of my favorite scenes are:1) the McDonalds characters as town figureheads2) Judge Reinhold and the banana scenes3) Japanese animation4) Yipes, just yipes5) Sexy Randal The Pharaoh Wizard6) The flashback episode (clip episode #2)7) IKEA and Leonardo Leonardo8) Everything else in between!The only aspect of this series that I did not like was how the DVD used Jay and Silent Bob (the live characters) to introduce the next episode. I could have used without them. Nonetheless, this was imaginative, creative, and a perfect extension of the film masterpiece. A MUST HAVE for anyone that loved the original film.Grade: ***** out of *****
