What makes it different from others?

It is both painfully honest and laugh-out-loud funny at the same time.

The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

What a completely fascinating and original storyline. It is true that it has a dark tone throughout, which can sometimes wear on you, but the plot turns are unexpected and manage to keep you engaged at all times. Casting is perfect all the way around. Even though some elements of the characters' lives may seem unbelievable, the mental degeneration that Dr. Chance experiences seems totally plausible, given the circumstances. I've never seen a piece of vigilante-themed work quite like this one.

This show is interesting but Hugh mumbles throughout the whole show and doesn't speak clearly. Make sure you put on subtitles if you wanna understand what's going on.

Spoiler Alert: This season was totally a different and darker story: The vigilante duo added more sidekicks to the team and they hunted bullies, perverts and a serial killer gang. The family issues got harder to solve, friendships tightened, antagonists got sicker. And all came down to a conclusion where "all is well".Hugh Laurie acted like he was House again. He likes to act that way because people love him and his portrayal of Dr. House.Unfortunately lots of people haven't watched or even heard of there was a Hugh Laurie's medical-crime drama airing.So I guess the second season finale was the series' finale. And it felt good at last to watch him re-discovering (or remembering) that why he bothered to mess up with all the bad guys after all: For good people's sake!Cheers Dr. Chance!

I decided to give this show a 'chance' after seeing what an incredible cast it boasts. It's VERY good so far on many levels. Hugh Laurie is just an incredible actor, in everything (A Bit of Fry & Laurie, et al). Gretchen Mol is beautiful and believable. All acting is exquisite. Again, this is after watching episode one only. I look forward to more.
