... View MoreThis documentary was very eye opening for me. Things that I just accept as truth because it's what I've always known has now been called into question. Things that I've never thought it heard much about. I don't know if I'll be going full vegan but I'm definitely going to reduce my meat consumption even further. I do still have questions about whether I've been given the whole truth - I think perhaps not, but now that my eyes have been opened to this, I'll continue to educate myself
... View MoreThere are some (very few) points in this documentary that are supported but the vast majority are outlandish claims that are pure opinion. Eating an egg a day is the equivalent of smoking five cigarettes.... there is not study cited on this and it is just ridiculous.
... View MoreI have always believed that meat and protein in general are good food for our health. I even tried atkins and kito diet to lose weight. Not once thought that i was harming my body like they explained in the documentary. The next day i went to a turkish restaurant, i ended up eating side salad legging all the good meat. I am a meat lover but i don't know how i will overcome what i saw.
... View MoreAs a person who follows intermittent fasting and is on a ketogenic diet , having lost one parent due to complications of diabetes his information that meats cause cancer and and eating carbohydrates won't cause diabetes is laughable. I turned it off when I saw that.
