Highly Overrated But Still Good

I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

This is a film that is either loved or hated. I saw it dubbed into German about 12 years ago and have been trying to track it down ever since.I know that it is full of stereotypes, but that is what a lot of comedies are based on; that is why they are funny, because we all recognize the type of person being prtrayed.Robert Downey is great, Ralph Machio is good, the cast is quality.*********SPOILER*******Robert D. & Ralph M. are real estate agents, during one call they try to sell a piece of land to someone who wants to build a church. It's in an ideal location, nice and quiet, where? About 50 miles east of Moscow!!!!!If you think that is funny, you will like this film.

Granted, the premise was stupid, this movie has me ROTFLOL!!! I soon forgot the name of it, but never gave up trying to find it. I saw it by "accident" at a sneak preview and didn't realize it was going to be something that I would want to have in my library.

I was saddened to see that the modern "Entertainment industry" of this country could still put out awful, stereotyped images lacking even one dimensional sensibilities. What next, "Mammy with a banjo" on her knee?! For shame on anyone who voluntarily had anything to do with this movie.The storyline is so preposterous, insulting and childish... Gentle reader, consider yourself warned.

Movie is about gay brother and lesbian sister and having to get married or have a baby with someone to get an inheritance.Good cast is wasted.
