How sad is this?
... View MoreI think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
... View MoreThe movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
... View MoreThe tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
... View Morei came upon this movie by chance at a local mall. i was stunned to realize that one of my favorite actors of all time (Robert Mitchum) was starring in a Norwegian movie. i taught maybe it was just a cameo and that the distributors were taking advantage of his name. but he is a leading character. Cliff Robertson is very funny as the pessimistic psychiatrist. A very strong story of love and friendship! i cant believe i never heard of this. it is a Norwegian movie, but they speak English in almost the entire film. this is really a movie that should get more praise and attention. brilliant acting and a strong story! and some very funny moments to relief the sad ones.
