What a freaking movie. So many twists and turns. Absolutely intense from start to finish.

Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.

It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.

Recently saw this movie out of killing time and I really bargained more then that......This movie reminds us that nothing is perfect in this world and relationships should be nurtured as they form the basis of your existence.... It also gives this strong message that it is never too late to realize your mistakes in relationships and there is always time to mend things gone wrong, because at the core of it, we all are big kids doing silly mistakes all the time... I think I would really look at things around me in a different manner and try to respect the opposite perspective in a more rationalized way...Do watch this as more then just a movie.....

I didn't see the movie while it's still in the theaters because my friends said that it was a waste of time, money, and everything. So, i took their advice and just watched other movies that was aired on the cinemas that month. Then the other day, I saw the Groomsmen on DVD, and i was so intrigued cuz to why is it the worst movie that my friends claims it to be.I bought the DVD. The minute i bought it, i was so angry at myself cuz i thought i wasted my money on something that really isn't that good to watch. So i flipped the DVD and put it inside my dvdrom, and played it. Then to my surprise, it wasn't that dope, it was great! I just let the movie speak for itself. It didn't bored me to death like my friends said that it would. It has great values to share. Really Great Values..I recommend this movie to be watched from beginning to the end! It's not a waste of time or money. I say, this movie will make your day complete. It's really touching, funny and .... I guess words aren't enough to describe this wonderful movie... So take my word... WATCH IT!

This was potentially the worst movie ever. Terrible acting, places where there should be emotion completely lacked any effort. This appeared to be an "I owe you" movie with people that I considered decent actors completely flopping their roles for Edward Burns terrible directing and acting career to continue. Stay as far away as possible, don't even watch it if it is on TV, I cannot get that 2 hours back.Seriously, every copy of this movie should be burned. Edward Burns, while a decent looking guy is quite possibly the most uninspired actor ever. Shaggy is a one-role character that needs to stick to Scream and Scooby-doo, this was completely out of character and his acting was poor because of it. Donal Logue, who is the only actor worth seeing that appeared in this movie, gave a tremendously poor performance.

I believe this is Edward Burns' best movie to date. While the plot line is a little trite, the movie pulls it off with one of Burns' strength as a film maker: his characters. The characters in this film are are very complete and well-rounded. As a guy passing through his twenties...I was able to relate to this film a lot. I have a similar group of guy friends that have been by my side for many years. Anyone that is getting older and still keeps in touch with old friends will find this movie to their liking.I also must comment on the superb acting by everyone in the cast. I was particularly impressed with Donal Logue. His character came across some striking inadequacies and he nailed it down.Overall, I thought the Groomsmen was a very enjoyable film.
