Too many fans seem to be blown away

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

Excellent movie. I was engaged in the movie the entire time and even shed a tear in the end.

Went tonight to see it and was surprised how most of the theatre crowd seeing this movie is Asian. And not to judge, many of them were not rich but probably were curious to see how the other half is depicted/capable of living. If a movie is to cross cultural lines it should bring more to the table than the cliches in this movie. It was annoying, pandering and formulaic.

I came into this movie with the idea of it not living up to the hype that it was attracting, I came in prepared to be disappointed but let me reassure you that this is something you won't want to miss. It's not simply a movie about asian culture, anyone regardless of race can relate to this story and I think it is a MUST SEE MOVIE.

Good time at this movie. It's nice to see a new focus and not more of the same faces.
