The thing about this dumb movie is that they never tried to pretend you wouldn't notice that it's dumb. They just opted to have fun anyway and you get to watch. Occasionally the acting is almost OK, but that never gets in the way of this being a dumb, but fun, movie. Obviously there are plenty of plot holes and practically everything is contrived, but they never give us a reason to care about that. Two Ali Landrys? Nice! Ali looking yummy while chugging beers and burping? Of course we want to see that!! This is the kind of movie that probably came from a couple of friends making each other laugh while brainstorming at a party, or something. It never gets much above that level, but it doesn't try to. It's fluff, but it's fun fluff. If that's what you're looking for, you'll enjoy it.Be warned that it does get somewhat raunchy. While there's not quite any actual nudity, there is plenty of "adult situation" material.

The Acting was weak, the science was completely nonsensical, but for some strange reason, I still enjoyed myself. It was fun, as long as you weren't looking for a reason to not like it. I mean there were plenty of weaknesses in the film, but I can't believe the makers didn't know that. It's all about just telling a simple fun story.Eugene Levy looks like he was having fun.

This is a really dumb movie. But it's also a really FUNNY movie. The science is questionable, the plot is predictable and the acting hardly the stuff of Oscars. But the movie is a HOOT. Funny funny funny, with pretty girls and bawdy humour.

In "Repli-Kate", a college microbiologist clones a beautiful woman, takes her home, and teaches her to be the stereotypical male's ideal: A woman who is a slob, chugs brewskis, burps, curses, gobbles pizza like a pig, wants sex all the time, etc. A surprisingly enjoyable but unsophisticated little comedy romp with babe-alicious Landry as both the clone and the clonee, "Repli-Kate" will likely appeal most to the college crowd.
