Order of Chaos Trailers

Almost rich, almost thirty, he never lies or cheats, even when his beautiful fiancé orders him around and his ball-busting boss uses threats as motivation. John never makes a sound, eager to do right. Rick Carlson is not. A smooth talking and coercive, Rick turns John's life upside down when he not only moves into his building, but starts working at his competitive law firm.

What can I say about this movie? Well... For one, it's pretty darn bad. It's about Douche Baggerson (played by Rhys Coiro) and Douchon Bagella (played by Milo Ventimiglia) and they play 2 corporate suit type of guys both trying to become head-honchos at their work.Alright that is not the name of their characters, but it might as well be considering how they behave.Anyway they play their roles... Pretty badly and over the top almost constantly, their co-stars aren't that much better though. It's listed as a action-movie, why I'm not sure, I'm guessing because of the ecstasy-fuelled editing that I guess is suppose to be really cool but just becomes kinda lame and annoying with super-fast cuts and repeats of certain phrases and the occasional random shock-clips and loud noise.Speaking of the loud noise, I would not recommend using headphones when watching this as you'd probably end up getting tinnitus unless you already have it. As very randomly super-loud electronic music starts blasting out of the speakers, more than twice as high as the average speaking level in the movie. The story is uninteresting, it tries to make some clever commentary about media in the very end but ends up just looking like a very try- hard attempt, just like the whole movie is trying way too hard to be cool and exciting, when it doesn't have the material to be either.Waste of time.

on the surface this movie tells a story of a over medicated man not knowing what he is all about. he has a well paying legal position in a law firm. he has a very nice girlfriend. he has a beautiful apartment. all seems well.then a 'friendly yet threatening' man turns his life topsy turvy and everything he took as 'stable' in his life suddenly falls out from under him. he becomes obsessed with this man and his odd friendship.and isn't that the roll America is playing in the world today? think about it. even this allegory is handed to the viewer with the restroom graffiti he reads - (notice it changes shape as he reads it). are our friends our enemies? who are our enemies? do we have enemies? etc.that's what i think this movie is all about - being insecure and fearful in a space and time he (we) are unable to properly perceive due to the constant media drugs we swallow willingly daily. instead of stopping to think we react.this film is edited brilliantly !!!

Let me begin by saying that if you are not into movies that make you think, then this is not the movie for you! OK, I watched this movie on netflix as sort of a way to pass the time. I skipped over it nearly a hundred times, because honestly I thought it sounded a little stupid. Well I decided to watch it, and could not be more glad that I did. You slowly watch a mans mental health escape him in what is truly a great performance by Rhys Coiro. I did not NOT like any part of this movie, and loved everyone's performance. And the movie does have good talent, including Milo Ventimiglia, Samantha Mathis and even Susan Ward, who somehow always gets the part of a slutty girl, even though her talent is WAY beyond stuff like that! But anyway, definitely watch this movie if you are into psychological thrillers, or even movies that make you wonder what's going to happen next. And I promise you the ending will really make you wonder what happened. Was it really the gun going off, or just another noise in John's head? Well, you decide.

I was so sure the director Vince Vieluf had been on the cast or crew of 'Requiem for a Dream' because his directorial debut is clearly inspired by it. Although one should understand the word "inspired" more in the sense "ripped-off", but that's just semantics. But whereas Requiem for a Dream was shocking, disturbing, sad and the actors well-directed, Order of Chaos mimics the fast-paced editing, desperation and silly psychotic faces that substance abusers have come to be known for in the movies. So what is Order of Chaos about? It's a one man's crusade against individualism and capitalism obviously written by a person who understands neither and must detest both since this movie is a living testament to mediocrity and unoriginality. In the story, Rick (Ventimiglia) moves into the same building with John (Coiro) who has been medicated his whole life and spends every morning watching news about war, financial crisis, martial law and whatnot. If you already realized why he has been medicated his whole life, then there's no point watching the final two minutes of the film. Regardless, Rick does not only live in the same building, he also takes a position in the same law company, which is headed by Mrs. Craig (Rogers, and employs tax lawyers, who make their day by taking advantage of tax loops. Yes, those capitalists are such dogs!Rick teaches John to be an individual, that is, a jerk, because that is what individualism is about. Right? Anyway, the more of a jerk John becomes under Rick's influence, the crazier he gets and obviously stops taking those antidepressants, which as you know, are a capitalist conspiracy (though the film never explicitly states this). And while Ventimiglia is desperate to make his character work by upping his dirt bag status from the Gilmore Girls era when he played Jess, the rest of the cast lag behind with so poorly directed performances they almost seem silly. As does the film.
