One of those movie experiences that is so good it makes you realize you've been grading everything else on a curve.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review

This movie was beyond stupid! what has happened to Hallmark. This one was really bad!!!! Total waste of time. Really dumb storyline, bad acting and dialog. I used to love all Hallmark movies and now I rarely can even finish one. Was the company sold? There has to be a reason they are currently so poorly made, with no name actors. Obviously your 10 line minimum rule is to discourage viewers from leaving comments. I leave comments and reviews on books, movies and music all the time and I find a lot have maximum requirements, but none have such a large minimum requirements. You should value feedback and make changes and improvements based on your reviews.

One Christmas Eve was definitely a movie that hit home. The holidays is usually a time of family and friends and making connections whether with people you know or complete strangers. Making new friends through the most unheard of situations. It's a time of forgiving and being able to move on and create new memories. This talented cast were so connected and in tune with their characters. I saw a little of different members of my family and/or friends. Kudos to Hallmark for finally having a movie with a multicultural cast!! Something rarely seen and needs to be more shown. The script was so well written. I enjoyed watching the small moments that brought these characters more closer to each other i.e. from telling the truth in the car to exchanging of the personal items. The direction I imagine had to be so much fun! Children and animals always take over any movie. I would love to see more movies of this. I will definitely watch this again!!!

I though it was a beautiful Christmas film, and I love the fact that it has a multi-cultural cast. I'm so proud of Carlos Gomez for representing us Latinos so well! "ONE Christmas EVE" is a film that you can watch with the family on Christmas eve while opening the gifts. I don't understand why this hateful reviews But i guess everyone has an opinion. Congratulations to everyone involve on this film Producers/Writers/Cast you all rock!NOTE TO THE PRODUCERS: Please make an other film like this with a multi- cultural cast again about LOVE and on the funny things that happen when dating people from different cultures, and please let me know where are the auditions!Congratulations again! I love this tender Christmas madcap crazy movie. It has heart, soul, compassion and it is cast beautifully with a diverse ensemble of talented actors. It's 2014 and it's about time we start watching movies that accurately represents the U.S.A. Kudos for the great casting! Carlos Gomez is perfect as the widower and father of a daughter stationed in Afghanistan. Loved it all! And, as a bona-fide dog lover, well, it's a home run! Hallmark Channel movies are great but I hope to see more stories with diverse cast. Anne Heche is also great as the frazzled mom who probably wishes she could have a do-over and start the day all over again. Ever have one of those days where everything goes wrong from the moment you wake up? One Christmas Eve is one of those days. You'll laugh, smile, and rejoice in turning it all around... if only it could be.
