I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

This is one of the Rajasenan hit in Malayalam. I have seen this film many times and I never feel any boring. a family-comedy hit ever made in Malayalam, the acting of Jagathy Sreekumar and Narendra Prasad is amazing. Film telling two different cultures of two states in 80's in a very humorous way and the characters of the film is very innocent. The script is brilliant and story as well.The main characters of Jayaram and Shobana is very romantic and the nostalgic feelings of this film is the one of notable point.The climax of the film is very funny to watch. Extra ordinary comedy scenes and dialogs is treat to watch and every one must see this film.
