Please don't spend money on this.

Simple and well acted, it has tension enough to knot the stomach.

At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

Excellent characters with emotional depth. My wife, daughter and granddaughter all enjoyed it...and me, too! Very good movie! You won't be disappointed.

Read the title. Everything about this movie was godawful. It was terrible. Really really bad. Hated it. Worst movie ever. Chris Klein should kill himself. Did I mention it sucked? Well it did. The worst part about it was the acting, storyline, directing, and dialogue. Anyone who likes this movie should be sterilized. Who greenlit this trainwreck? Whoever that is should be in prison. I may sue for infliction of emotional distress. I can't even deal. I can't even. When our society collapses, future historians will see this film as the cause of our downfall. I'm not exaggerating. The thing I hated most about it was everything.

I was trying to find a movie that a wide range of ages could enjoy for a family movie night. What I found was an embarrassing collection of overworked, overacted, underwhelming clichés surrounded by nauseating music, gut-retching plot twists, and knee cancer. Yes, knee cancer. I know that Chris Klein and Josh Hartnett are lucky to have ever landed an acting job and they prove why in this "film." Leelee Sobieski, on the other hand, held some promise. Well, she turned that promise into an insult in this stinker. I truly wonder at what point in the production of this thing did absolutely everyone realize they had created a disaster. Didn't one of them have the guts to say "Uh, this stinks, let's throw it away before our careers go down in flames." But no one did, and we are stuck with this as being part of the American film time capsule. Let's hope the aliens don't know how to load a DVD player. Yuck, pooey, schmuck.

This movie was great! I saw it last night on ABC Family. And it was amazing! It almost put me into tears. It was truly great. It was very similar to Nicolas Sparks novel/movie "A Walk to Remember" If you readers haven't read the book or seen the movie you must see it! The beauty of life and not taking it for granite was mostly the symbol for the movie. Sam found love with Kelley for a short time and it was worth it! Even though she died in the end, she lived a happy/loving life with Kelley even though it was short. I would love to find my true love. The movie will capture your heart. If your into chick-flicks.The moral of the story is (in my opinion): Live life, find love, and Bonzai!(Celebrate! In Japanese)
